So easy to reach this place, Very small rooms but its okay while i can sleep well. This hotel this is the nearest to my temporary office and accessibility for public transportation like bus stop and LRT station is near it also. Location is strategic.
Stayed here during my VTL Stay booked directly with the hotel to provide 3 meals/ Room - Small and basic Meals were served but breakfast was served around 10plus am / lunch 3 plus / dinner 8 plus. Frontdesk is not answering calls from rooms despite calling several times at different times to request the item. Spotted grab food delivery man sending food to a next-door guest at 1 of the day when I open my door to collect food. Terrible safely measure inplace in the hotel. I wonder how they got thier SG clean.
I happen to be there with my friend during new year eve. Rooms are rundown, Sound proofing of room is not good . can hear next door noise. toliet in main lobby one of the door cannot latch and do not have toliet paper and rubbish bin. I wonder how people use the toliet. Front office staff is not professional and do not know anything.
It my first time check in to this hotel, and good service by Mr David the Front Office, the room & the view was good but the only thing i concern is, just a quick second went i just put my food there ants crawling around, hopefully they can check where this ants came from, as for me i not complaining. Overall my stay is fine only for 1 day stay, will come back again here, but not room 620, to Mr David thanx q so much for your service thumb up 👍
reception staff are not helpful, Staff needs to be trained to at least show willingness to help. They will say before even listening to request. on top of it there was some construction going on next to our building, they gave us the room where most noise was coming.
Very small rooms. No room services. Like we asked for a plate and spoon and they said we dont have these services. Bathrooms are very small and stinking. It has the high starts only because of price. Its not close to Little India and it takes good atleast 15-20 minutes by walking or Sing$6-7 to reach to near Indian restaurants. Rooms interior also pretty old and we have to take our own luggage to the room. There barely any place to put extra for kids and incase you do that then luggage has to be on table, window shelfs which makes it too untidy a room. They do room service but dont take or change the used steel spoons which is basic.
good location in lavender locality, nearby little india good room service, daily house keeping rooms are smaller, but compared to other hotels in similar price range, it is ok. breakfast is also good and buffet type
this is so good and lovely place I love this place so much this is so beautiful lovely at my place and his food is so good and delicious I love is food and I want to come back early to visit at and she is beautiful
We had a 8 days stay at Aqueen Lavender (From Oct 21 - Oct 30, 2019). Family of 3 (w/ 9 year old) - The rooms are decent sized and shower area is little smaller than some people would expect. (I usually don't care much on this as long as it is clean b/c we end up spending most of our time outside)- There is a mini-fridge, hot water maker for tea/coffee (sachets are provided), TV, 1 Indian & US plug outlets (multiple Singapore outlets). 2 cups to be used for coffee and so on.- Hot water available 24 hours with all shampoo/soaps and even daily fresh toothbrush/toothpaste provided. - Very good Wifi.- Bendmeer MRT (8 min walk) & Lavender MRT (15 min walk). All buses stops are nearby. We did all our sightseeing using public transport. I bought all my travel tickets using cash, because as per my calculations, buying tourist pass is expensive and I was right :)- Unfortunately I missed out on breakfast during booking, but it looked good. There are lots of places to eat around within 5 minutes diameter. If you eat non-veg there are soooo many options. Me being vegetarian, there is a place as well open 24 hours. Dosa, Idli, Egg items, ... you name it and per person won't cost more than S$5 and full stomach. - Mustafa mall is 15 minutes walking distance (open 24 hours), you will find everything I mean everything, souvenirs are also as cheap as in Bugis street.- Staff was very nice people and polite as well. We were also allowed to stay till 2 PM since my flight was at 7 PM. There are so many indian restaurants here.- If you reach early, the hotel also has luggage area while you roam around.- Checkout time is 12 PM, however you can get extended to 2 PM. We did that by posting it on FB.- Staff was very nice people and polite as well. We were also allowed to stay till 2 PM since my flight was at 7 PM. Ask me anything till my memory last and I'll try my best answering including any attractions which I visited.…
