The hotel could be better in all aspects, and their staff could be more helpful and liars. I don't recommend staying there in this place where the customer is treated awfully. You can find a better and happier place to not ruin your days in Singapore.

Terrible hotel, tiny rooms, dirty, no hot water. The front desk clerks very unprofessional. I booked 5 nights on booking and when I checked in the front desk man that I don't have a reservation and I should pay cash plus 50 SD deposit. I had such a terrible experience.

Not a bad stay at hotel Conforto. 2 nights I had here and the room was nice but right at front door near reception so handy for leaving quick but noisy with reception talking or bell going off when people come in. Not much privacy either as thin walls. But still nice enough room with tea, coffee and water. Staff were nice too .

Very helpful stuff, even showed me how to use the British adapters here in Singapore, but if you have the cheapest room with a shared bathroom, make sure to bring plastic slippers if you don’t like shared bathrooms / showers (in the same wet cell).

Amazing location 2 mins from Clarke quay MRT station. 10min walk to China town and 30min scenic walk down to marina bay sands. Little pub street at bottom of road. The hotel staff was so polite and friendly. Room was lovely and basic had everything you need and spacious bathroom. All you need for a trip to Singapore and very cheap. Thank you 🙏

The lady on the front desk was extremely helpful accommodated our very early arrival by looking after our luggage. Tiny room plus (relatively) huge bathroom had all we needed for a quiet night's sleep. Short walk to Chinatown and boat Quay. Close to bigbus hop on hop off red route stop. Only SG$18 to airport by Grab taxi. Much less than that by train (three lines to Clarke Quay stop from Changi Airport. Thank you.

Decent place to stay the night for the price. Clean rooms but seems a bit dated, not a big deal. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location, walking distance to Clarke Quay station and Riverfront as well as the Clarke Quay Shopping Center. Also, famous Bak Kut Teh michelin star restaurant is right around the corner.

I booked the Conforto because I had a midnight departure from Changi, and had to check out at noon from my hotel. What I wanted was an airconditioned room where I could change my clothes, shower, store my bags and rest. The Conforto provided just that, although I had to share the shower with another room. The room was so small that it didn’t fit anything but a bed and a shelf, and a small tv. For my purposes, it was perfect and really inexpensive, too, at €31/night including all taxes and fees. Had the stay been longer, I might have felt a bit claustrophobic especially since there was no window. Internet was fast and reliable, and there was even a 0.5 L water bottle provided. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, steps from Boat Quay and within walking distance from several MRT stations, Chinatown and Downtown. Overall, the hotel reminded me of small, privately owned city hotels in Europe. Sure, there aren’t many amenities, and the hotel would only get one or two stars, but it was clean and tidy and well worth the money spent.

Rooms are very basic and quiet small, we stayed for 1 night before our flight, shower was cold and TV basically not worth having in the room. It does the job just for sleeping in but not worth the price paid.
