We stayed in a triple room for 3 nights. It is in between 2 MRT stations about a ten minute walk for each one. Staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were serviced everyday with clean sheets, water, and toiletries. Bathroom, Wi-Fi, and AC all worked well. There’s also a pool on the top floor and you can also use the shower too before you check out. I think this hotel is good value for the price you pay. No complaints!

This hotel has two MRT stations. Few min walk left Bugis MRT on the right Lavender MRT. It is situated in a convenient place where you get all things at your foot. The reception was very kind and helpful. We didn't have any Singapore dollars to pay to the taxi ( they don't accept card) The guy at the reception helped us to pay the bill. The room was very convenient and clean. There were some plus and minus ( child crying and talking loud) but just for few nights were ok.

Hotel is well located in Arab quarter. Metro station is about 500m distance so you can easily walk when not having to much luggage. Rooms are not really sound proof, so if you have problems with that it is probably not your hotel. The pool on the rooftop is nice, but not a lit of space there. Otherwise clean and city easy accessible.

We arrived for a 9day stay in the early hours of the morning. Our room was a superior queen booked due to the length of our stay. Ivy a most delightful, professional young lady booked us in . The room was compact but perfectly acceptable for us. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of hot water and A/c that worked perfectly. Our room was serviced daily by Quzaimi who smiled chatted and did a wonderful job bringing fresh linen, towels, toiletries, water, tea and coffee.

Two bright spots were 1) the front desk associate who checked us in and 2) the location. The issues were 1) incredibly small room not made clear in the description or by the room photos 2) they only stock small bath towels and allocate one per person… no washcloths or hand towels 3) normal coat hangers are too wide for the compact “closet” so it does not close properly when thinks are hanging in it 4) pillows had an awkward uncomfortable bean like filling (?) 5) the rain shower head did not work 6) service was told about #5 and they did not address 7) bath tiles broken, grout mildewed, generally unclean 8) booked a double bed and was given two twins strapped together w a hard bridge between - guaranteed back problems Net is that if I needed to spend more time there and had I not prebooked non refundable, would have left immediately.

Hotel was ok but what made the stay an unhappy experience for me was the front desk staff, the Philippino female with short hair ( I forgot to note her name) who was rather rude, does not smile nor speak nicely to guests. Please train your staff properly bcz in the service industry guest satisfaction is also highly dependant on how your staff interact with them. Housekeeping staff were very friendly tho. Other than that room was satisfactory, only that toiletries (shampoo & shower gel) given were too little for couple's stay. Also we got the skylight room, where the skylight are has desk & chair so a nice place to work, unfortunately there was no power point there. Little things matter.

I stayed here few years back during my business trip. That was when this property was name Santa Grand. Those days there are male staff are very friendly and so polite. But now it was totally opposite. The staff named of Juice was really ruined my stay here in this hotel. She should be more attentive to handle guest complaints. I noticed that she raised her voice to those guest at lobby waiting for their transport to airport. I approached her and asking for my room key which my wife left for me, She gave me a kinda of look that she really not interested to work in this hotel. Was the hotel really give a proper training to her ? I called from room and asking for mineral water and she said it’s not available at night time. Seriously? I came down and ask to her but she was not around. The I went up again and call and no one answer my call. I’m pissed off and walks to 7 11 store nearby. She totally not interested on handling guest. She was really not suitable to work in front desk. Management should do changes as this might be giving bad image to hotel. And room was really clean. They housekeeping staff was friendly 😍😍

To speak the truth, with the price it was worth it. I booked for twin room but the recep mixed up and gave me and upgrade. We stayed at 215. The room was really spacious with a bath tub. The swimming pool was really nice although a bit small. It has a jaccuzzi and good view of the Bugis area. Parking can be challenging as they only have four free slots. But it is near MRT and also buses serve the area well. Definitely good for small getaway

Hanging cloths to dry under Sun. Con is poor interior sound proof, door banging when neighbour closing, can hear next room knocking sound.

Is this hotel? Lollllllllllllll they gave me the FIRST FLOOR ROOM RIGHT BEHIND OF THE RECEPTION. I totally feel like I’m doing the room rental with hotel receptionist. I paid 73SGD for superior double room, but what i got is very small tiny room which located at the 1st floor and I could hear all the noises coming from outside of the road. I requested to get a better room at 4th floor and I have paid 30$ for room upgrade, But the room at 4th floor’s air conditioner was leaking and all the water was dripping from the aircon. Floor was so wet, balcony window was opened during raining, all the rains come in to the room. I called housekeeping and receptionist, but the receptionist just repeated same thing which is she doesn’t know anything. It was really insane and awful experience. They shouldn’t promote the name as hotel cuz IT IS MOTEL. The fat receptionist lady was really really rude and she being sarcastic to me by saying “Are you local? you are not right~?”. I totally do not understand what’s the point for this question? I will report this to MOM as she behaved like a racist. Guys, if you don’t want to mess up your mind, PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE.
