Compared to most hotels in Singapore, this is on the small side, which is a plus point for me. Rooms are a fair size, and were clean. Water and coffee etc were provided. The hotel sits on the edge of the vibrant Arabic quarter which is a big plus, as there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes to choose from. Buses leave nearly from the doorstep and trams are a five minute walk.
The pool on the roof is small, but lovely and immaculately clean, and you can listen to the prayers from the nearby mosque, and look at the high rises while swimming. Pretty good. The reception staff could be friendlier, and the rooms can be noisy.

We arrived for a 9day stay in the early hours of the morning. Our room was a superior queen booked due to the length of our stay. Ivy a most delightful, professional young lady booked us in . The room was compact but perfectly acceptable for us. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of hot water and A/c that worked perfectly. Our room was serviced daily by Quzaimi who smiled chatted and did a wonderful job bringing fresh linen, towels, toiletries, water, tea and coffee.

Hotel is well located in Arab quarter. Metro station is about 500m distance so you can easily walk when not having to much luggage. Rooms are not really sound proof, so if you have problems with that it is probably not your hotel. The pool on the rooftop is nice, but not a lit of space there. Otherwise clean and city easy accessible.

Customers who don't know what does respect mean, rooms underground (you're basically sleeping under Victoria street, one of the main road in Singapore), any isolation between each room, so you can listen perfectly your Chinese neighbor yelling on the phone and letting its alarm ringing for hours.
90€ per night for booking a non-window room in the B1 of this hotel is just a scam.
Advice: if you have 90€ to book a hotel in Singapore, just don't book there.

We stayed in a triple room for 3 nights. It is in between 2 MRT stations about a ten minute walk for each one. Staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were serviced everyday with clean sheets, water, and toiletries. Bathroom, Wi-Fi, and AC all worked well. There’s also a pool on the top floor and you can also use the shower too before you check out. I think this hotel is good value for the price you pay. No complaints!

Hotel was ok but what made the stay an unhappy experience for me was the front desk staff, the Philippino female with short hair ( I forgot to note her name) who was rather rude, does not smile nor speak nicely to guests. Please train your staff properly bcz in the service industry guest satisfaction is also highly dependant on how your staff interact with them. Housekeeping staff were very friendly tho. Other than that room was satisfactory, only that toiletries (shampoo & shower gel) given were too little for couple's stay. Also we got the skylight room, where the skylight are has desk & chair so a nice place to work, unfortunately there was no power point there. Little things matter.

Rest or restful, it is not.
Set next to a busy through fare in the heart of Bugis, even at night you could hear the traffic noise outside and the other room doors from inside the very tight corridors. Rooms are tiny, music from the corridor can be heard inside the room. I was on the fourth floor near the pool and could hear people from there. If you are looking for peace then this isn't the place for you. However, if you can sleep through any noise this would be ideal. Lots of families here too and groups. At least it was clean.

The hotel is very well situated for public transport. There is a bus stop outside the hotel with frequent buses (recommend getting off at the next stop on return to make use of the pedestrian crossings). Ideal for exploring Singapore. A 10 min walk either way to the metro which made getting to and from the airport an easy journey. (I used Lavender Station).
The room was clean and bed comfy. I liked the fridge in the bedroom , very useful for keeping complimentry bottles of water chilled. The only downside was no window, but I think this is normal for a lot of Singapore hotels. The pool , although small, was pleasant to use after a day's sight seeing. Many local eateries at reasonable prices.
The restaurant located in the building is leased and nothing to do with the hotel. I had my worst meal ever there, so bad they didn't charge me. Be warned.

I stayed here few years back during my business trip. That was when this property was name Santa Grand. Those days there are male staff are very friendly and so polite. But now it was totally opposite. The staff named of Juice was really ruined my stay here in this hotel. She should be more attentive to handle guest complaints. I noticed that she raised her voice to those guest at lobby waiting for their transport to airport. I approached her and asking for my room key which my wife left for me, She gave me a kinda of look that she really not interested to work in this hotel. Was the hotel really give a proper training to her ? I called from room and asking for mineral water and she said it’s not available at night time. Seriously? I came down and ask to her but she was not around. The I went up again and call and no one answer my call. I’m pissed off and walks to 7 11 store nearby. She totally not interested on handling guest. She was really not suitable to work in front desk. Management should do changes as this might be giving bad image to hotel. And room was really clean. They housekeeping staff was friendly 😍😍

I had a room without a window as it was cheaper so I can’t say about your room. I don’t understand why a room with a window wouldn’t be suitable for a child
