Convenient hotel with good facilities. Near bugis and arab street, sultan mosque and haji lane. There are plenty halal restaurants nearby and oh dont forget the free cellphone with limited internet that can be used for free. Satisfying! :)

The staff didn't wash our used cups and didn't vacuum or clean up the floor. The receptionist said there are 2 glasses jn bathroom but we only had 1 glass. Good thing that they believe us, otherwise we could have been charged for missing glass

Nothing to rave about. Hotel is located between Lavender and Bugis stations. The room I got had a window but no view. The towels provided were in bad condition as they were ripped and torn. Glass door had water marks too. Housekeeping didn't clean the room well.

I have booked this hotel for 2 Adults and 1 child (Room with Breakfast) and accordingly I paid. When we checked-in, we were issued 2 breakfast coupons for the next morning. When we went next morning for the Breakfast, we were informed that only 2 people can have breakfast and Child is not allowed. How on the earth a couple...

Room and bathroom are clean. My room is the one without window because it costs cheaper, but the lighting need some improvement since it's kinda dark inside the room. And there's some dirty spot behind the small lamp near the bed but it's okay. Still can be better.

Staying in Singapore overnight before embarking on our cruise we stayed at the Santa Grand Hotel Bugis that was excellent value for money. Great location for exploring Marina Bay Sands and Gardens, Little India and the Arab Quarter and of course for visiting 'Raffles' for the must do Singapore Sling! Room although basic was spotlessly clean and comfortable and provided...

This hotel has a classic theme, which i find creepy, staffs r ok, location wise is not so. But if ur a transit passenger u can stay in this hotel, although there is a lot more nicer than this hotel with the same price.

I was stayed for 3 days. I took superior double room and it was located on 4th floor. This is a room with balcony. But for me, the room is too small even though we are only 2 people there. Fortunately, the room is quite clean and the building is quite new. The breakfast is also the positif point of...
