The receptionist Winying was very friendly and helpful, helped me use her phone when mine jammed. And was very welcoming!! Good work! The place was very clean and checking on was smooth as well. Hopefully i will be allowed a late checkout as per requested lol. 🤞
Diana was there to greet us at the reception. Pleasantly nice to us & told us every single detail. Very accomodating.Check in was smooth all thanks to her! Thank you Diana. Will stay here again for sure.
She was very pleasant and welcoming! Lobby was welcoming and even though it was early in the morning, she was still vibrant and very helpful. Would definitely keep a staff like her. Bringing up the service standard! Good job 🙆🏻♂️
Love the cosy lofts of studio m, location is also fantastic, and as usual service is impeccable- was greeted as soon as I walked in, and had a lovely check in experience with Jennifer, she was delightful in accommodating my room preferences and concise with helping me with the check in. Will definitely come again soon.
I have a total of 13days staying here and I still have few more days left before I check-out. Staying here for over a week, I observe that there are rooms that housekeeping always left open after they clean them up. I mean, they put the latch on the door (its not wide open but anybody who wants to go in the room could do so, because its not close). This happens to my room too when I was not around. They clean up my room and didn't close my door afterwards. When I came back to my room at night, it is open:( I am very concerned about this. If something will be missing in my room, is the hotel willing to compensate for everything? I mean this is just maybe a small issue but this could lead to a bigger problem. So I hope this will be stopped. Another thing is the gym hygiene, I am hoping that the hotel could provide a wet tissue and a disinfectant spray so that the guest could clean up the equipment before they use it. This is also for the safety of everyone. I always go to the gym and there's only hand sanitizer, towel and water. On the other hand, I am grateful to the friendly staff that are always willing to assist the guest. Jonathan from reception was really helpful. Azim and Daphne was superb! Even in late night, they never hesitate to help me with my request. Always smiling and friendly. Thank you guys, appreciate the good service. Keep it up.…
Staff Simeon was very attentive and help us check in to the hotel on time. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel location was good. So many restaurants around . Got one 7-11 just opposite the hotel. Love the staycation here.
Reserved 4 rooms for CNY family staycation. Have done online checkin in advance and to collect keys upon arrival. Upon arrival, after showing my identification to a lady at the customer service counter, she still requested me to scan a QR code. After scanning, I were a bit puzzled as it is the same check-in portal that I did my online checkin. And suddenly this lady turned around to serve another customer. It was then another friendly customer service named Azim who came to attend to us. He informed that I have did my checkin successfully but family members were need to submit their IDs for registration to capture records of who are staying in each room.He also checked the system records and told us all 4 rooms have been assigned. He knew his co’s SOP well and explained clearly to us making sure we understood the situation. We then went to our room to settle our luggages while waiting for the rest of the family members. Not long, I received call from front desk Azim that our family members had just arrived. Was very pleased with his service and extra miles. That evening, one of the room having issue with the aircon. We went to front desk and another friendly customer service named Haikal attended to us. He quickly contact the technician to check. Within 5 minutes, he informed us that the aircon isn’t working well and could arrange to change to another room. Overall, my family and I were quite pleased with the service from Azim and Haikal. They are really taking full responsibility and making sure everything is in place.…
This is a great hotel in a perfect location, very near everywhere. Rooms were big, nice, and clean. Thiru the front desk officer is also very kind, helpful, did a pretty good job with answering all my queries and also has a very nice personality.
I'm very grateful to their senior duty manager Jennifer's help to resolve the issue I faced. Jennifer is responsible and professional, with a very friendly attitude. I'm looking forward to staying at Studio M Hotel again.
My family treats for my wedding day and was given an executive loft upgrade cos it was our special day. Thank you to ms wen ying for the kindness. She is very friendly, polite, pleasant looking and efficient in her work and so were the others who is working wit her. We appreciate it so much.
