The hotel does not have a window but it has all you need for transit and clean. Very good location and access to the shops and food just below. Wonderful reception staffs and excellent and very caring customer service. Thank you!

This is the perfect layover crash pad in Changi - granted, it's not actually IN Changi, but just a hop skip & a few moving sidewalks away. I've spent plenty of nights at this airport, watching midnight movies, or snoozing in one of the nap rooms. But during my last trip, due to Covid concerns I decided to hunker down in privacy for my 16 hour layover. YOTELAIR did not disappoint. It definitely didn't give hotel vibes upon arrival, but no matter. What I paid for was the bed, and what a bed it was! It was adjustable in every possible permutation I could imagine, which was handy since it was just about the only piece of furniture in the room. The room itself could fit into a bathroom in a Marina Bay Sands suite, which makes it all the more remarkable how much they manage to fit into such a tight space. Really all I was there to do was sleep, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, the hallways were quite (deserted, it seemed). The only fussy bit for me was the lack of a window, which, considering I was coming from a different continent, exacerbated the jetlag just a bit not being able to see daylight. But honestly, that's not much of a complaint. Couldn't really ask for more!…

Booked my stay the night before at 8pm and was most certainly impressed by the quick replies to my email booking by the reservation staff. After a few email exchanges, I managed to quickly clinched the reservation . I love the way that they responded to my queries, making the email exchanges minimal and as fuss free as possible. I arrived 15min later for my check in the next day and to my pleasant surprise, the check in staff allowed me to check out 15min later. I didn't expect that but it was almost certainly a nice gesture. Thing to take note is that the gym is out of use and no ore free flow coffee and tea now. You would have to ask for the staff to help you but I skipped that part as I find it a hassle to trouble them.

It was awesome experience to stay in the cabin size hotel room. The staffs are friendly and the process of check in and check out are smooth, simple and painless. The room was clean and you don't feel it is a small room.
