Great hotel in an amazing city. Singapore stole my heart and i didn't want to leave, this hotel is the perfect location right beside china town also has the added bonus of a pool and some wonderful friendly staff. Overall, we had a great 5 night stay and i would definitely return to this hotel in the future

Hotel is at a good and convenient location. We had a king delux room which was spacious for a family with young baby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Sim and Segar who always welcome with the biggest and friendliest smiles.

Great experience in the hotel. Close location to mrt station, clean and tidy room. A few improvement is that the pillow is not good for sleeping, and there is only one chair in a twin room. But everything in the room is nice, such as the microwave, kettle, filter water, silverware, bowls and the sink, those are not common in normal hotel room.

Need to be more efficient at check-in Check-out that takes ages due to lack of staff. Customer service was poor. Not very helpful or friendly. Room was quite good and modern. Food at the restaurant was average and again lacked staff.

Simple and cosy place to stay witj friendly staff. The hotel is located next to the china square, where you can find restaurant and pubs. However, the quality of food and beverages served at the executive lounge could be improved.

Just checked in. Nice enough location and room. I'd planned on working from the room & ordering food in-house. WRONG. I picked the hotel after double checking they were advertising "restaurant on-site" and were serving Breakfast, lunch, dinner. WRONG. They serve breakfast only. After complaining that for $300+ a night this is terrible they did call back and offer, wait for it......to bring a delivery service from an App to my room. Amazingly bad customer service. Live and learn so just be careful.

The service is very good. The only detail needed improving is the mattress. The mattress was changed shape, seriously dented, making sleeping uncomfortable. It will be better if one of the pillow can be thinner.

Nice location near China town for walking and eating. Clean room, great rooftop gym. Enjoyed the refreshing rooftop pool looking over Singapore after a busy day around town. Staff was generally friendly but one in particular, Bart, spent time chatting with us in the guest lounge. Self serve laundry was nice to have after traveling for a week. We did misplace some pants while doing our laundry and mentioned it to Bart who took the extra time to go find them after we had searched ourselves and had reported it to the front desk. Special thanks to Bart for giving exceptional service and making us feel like we’ve made a friend in Singapore. I give it 4 stars because a couple of things could use repair (gym machine, game in laundry room), the strong perfume smell of what I think was the floor mopping solution used in the entry and tile floors through out that could be changed out to something less noticeable, some missing buttons on light switches in our room and a slider bathroom door that doesn’t really close so the way. None of these things really made much of a difference in our stay. I would recommend this hotel to others because of Barts customer service. …
