Clean and quiet. Easy to access and high tech as all check in and out is done via the phone application. Customer service is responsive and helpful. For the location, the price is very reasonable and affordable. I will definitely come back again .

We are greeted with a warm welcome note from the hotel. Well, we love the cook cove located at 2nd floor - there are fridge, stove, oven, microwave and freeflow of hot/cold water. Pots and utensils. And, guess what, there is a coffee machine too. The toilet is huge, and beautiful, at the top floor. Oh, yes, I am referring to the mix gender toilet. The whole family can have the wash up in the morning together. Because in the middle there are 4 huge basins with stage for us to put our tooth brush and tooth paste. Surrounding the basins there are 2 toilets and 2 huge bathrooms. Haha, you are right. Singapore is so space conscious therefore the emphasis of 'Huge' here. And, TV! With wifi connected so we can watch Netflix and Youtube in our room. Well, it is a budget hotel so the room is small. BUT, there are open spaces every floor, with table and sofa and a corner with hair dryer! All are good. Just ONE humble suggestion: During our stay, we noticed that most of the guests arriving at the hotel via the Maxwell LRT train station, which is just 3 minutes walk to the hotel. As the hotel is named China Town, almost all guests exit through "EXIT 1 - China Town". That take us all walk almost 10 minutes with most of us bringing big luggage with us. A short notes "Please use EXIT 2 - Food Court." will tilt the arriving experience and we won't be so emotional when we are not greeted by a human ;) Ah, well, the check in is automated check in. There is no problem for us. But, if you need any help, there is always an IPAD there on the table so we can ask for help.…

Clean rooms and common bathroom. Great location with lots of mid-high end cafe and eateries. Maxwell food hall is also walking distance for really good inexpensive authentic locals fare. MRT also walking distance. However the common kitchen area had a very pungent smell at times Online check in can be a bit tedious for some

Clean, friendly staff, cold AC, good design of pantry and other areas. Toilet experience is best even when it is shared one. Pantry has good quality water dispenser, induction hob, Miele appliances such as coffee machine, ovens.

Very happy with my stay at ST! The check in was a breeze and totally automated. Came in at 1 am, with no problems at all. Rooms and facilities are clean and modern, and the location is prime... 5 mins walking distance to 3 MRT stations, and also a lot of things locally from local food to trendy restaurants. Impressed by the Japanese toilets and smartphone activated room key. Will definitely stay again!

Best customer service. The rooms are clean and accommodating. I needed to be in China as the training was held in China Town Singapore. ST Signature was provided everything needed at affordable prices. I recommend to all travelling to Singapore to try ST Signature Hotel.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was clean, lovely showers & toilets. We had a large TV facing our bed. The sitting room/kitchen was quite small & nothing special, however we were very happy with the rest! Also the location is great! You are a 30 minute walk to the gardens by the bay, museums etc & you are located in a great area for food (China town)

Online App Check-in, room code key and chat communication with staff; basically self service - the future. I like the idea of a private room but sharing washrooms. The hotel has a designer look, however, cleaniness should be improved. Buckets and mops in the bathrooms and storage in the staircase are not a welcoming sight. Carpet in room is not clean and marks on the wall. When the cleaniness and tidiness is kept up, it will keep its image. My contact with staff Loon was very freindly and helpful.

i full paid my nights before i check in but they still ask me deposit 80SGD in my visa card and will release my money back in 21 days after i check out , i dont know about that when i book this hostel , please be aware when book this hostel please
