Perfectly central, ideally located at a walking distance from the touristic district, all of which can be reached with a pleasant walk. Millions of food options nearby, convenience stores, malls. Three minutes from the Clark Quay MRT station and the corresponding bus stops. The facility is modern and nice, secluded and apart from the road, very quiet. With large common areas, nice gym, seriously large terrace pool. Very good quality breakfast. Japanese restaurant on site. Friendly concierge service, quick check-in, luggage storage service. Shower possible after check-out in the gym/pool restrooms - much needed before a long night flight home! Only con, our twin room was British-sized, i.e. somewhat small if you are travelling with giant bags like us. Overall, would totally recommend and definitely consider for stops in Singapore in the future.…

This hotel was very conveniently located next to Clarke Quay MRT and Chinatown MRT. The buffet breakfast was very good and included a variety of dishes with changes each morning. The rooms were clean and the pool was excellent with chairs and umbrellas available. The gym was also very well equipped.

I would have gave this a 5 rating if it wasn’t for the breakfast staff attitude and laziness, breakfast finishes at 10-30 so we always got there for around 9-30, me my wife and daughter visited for the F1 and stayed for 8 nights, from the moment you walked in the door the concierge made you welcome, check in was very quick easy and friendly, rooms where clean tidy and adequate in size, we did have a couple of problems with the rooms like AC stopped working but they moved us into a new room without hesitation, even put two bottles of wine in the room to say sorry for the inconvenience. Rooms were cleaned perfectly every day without fail and they were very friendly asking was everything ok. But when it came to breakfast its a different story, they start clearing the food away and not replacing it at around 9-50 every morning, when asking if there are more bananas or more backed beans or any other food which has eaten and not replaced, you get a sarcastic reply from them saying all gone, I didn’t take likely to this reply and kept asking them what time does breakfast finish and made them get me what i wanted. The egg station lady thinks she runs the place and does what she wants, which means basically nothing, my wife asked for an omelette with ham onions, mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes to be told all gone, all this at 9-50, 40 mins before breakfast finishes, i went and asked her to cook me 2 white of the eggs as i am allergic to the yolk, she told me to cut around the yolk of the eggs already fried, i told her no and demanded she made them how i wanted them, which she did, i could go on with Moore examples but i think every gets the point i am make-ingredients. I would suggest the Management team visit the breakfast a few morning and see for themselves what is going on, then tell the breakfast staff that their attitude is lousing them repeat customers, ask the customers at breakfast what they think of things or leave a simple questionnaire in everyone’s rooms, asking for their opinions.…

The hotel was well serviced, modern and clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. There are plenty of food places and shops within walking distance. The pool area was a lovely bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

i stopped for the f1 with me and my friend from the uk, the location is only a 10 minute walk to clark quey where the event starts so location is great, the staff were really nice and the lobby is lovely. i'd have prefered a bit of a wider bed and square foot room a little bit bigger and i'd also prefer a bathroom seperate to the bed area instead of a more open plan, room service was great and no issues with my stay, thank you :)

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Park Regis. We enjoyed the comfortable room, pool, and gym. We were impressed with the hotel's flexibility in changing our dates of stay due to an unexpected change in our work schedule. Grezel and Anna were especially helpful in sorting this out.

Came here for F1 weekend. Really good location to everywhere. Metro across the road. Got back from F1 track on race day within 40 minutes. Breakfast experience was terrible. Got there at 10am and was asked why we hadn’t come earlier (ends at 10:30) and was constantly told off by everyone including the Egg lady who said I’d better get up earlier tomorrow! It wasn’t a great breakfast either. Rooms are extremely small so for 5 nights with lots of luggage as we was in Bali before it was tough. Pool area nice but in the shade from the afternoon. Would go back based on location and helpfulness of concierge team.
