Very friendly staff! Room was small but good enough for a couple. Clean! Good water pressure. Hot water always available. Excellent location! Only con is that walls are thin & you can hear if your neighbor is loud.

The room is very very small, no place to put luggage and also no place to sit, i must sit on my bed, but the bed is too low, for young guy no problems, but for old people who can't squats is not suitable for them to stay here. The wifi is good, I booked 2 room 2 night, the TV can't watch, the pictures keep on sharking .

Avoid this hotel. None of the pictures shows the true picture of this hotel. The room is extremely small with no space for luggage, rooms are dirty with stained sheets, mouldy toilets and spoilt TV. Should be fined for false advertising based on the room pictures on their website. Jz avoid at all costs.

The staff was very helpful. Room condition was a little edged but ok. I have requested for the room with the view, but when I get to the room the only natural light source I got was only above the actual window which I’m not sure can be opened? All the toiletries are set. The location is very near to all the attractions

I made a reservation in agoda for porcelain hotel and I called the staff at the porcelain hotel to cancel the reservation and they said that they will cancel the reservation. However to my shock i received a change on my credit card for the reservation. When I called the hotel again, the hotel staff justin han was not helpful, he could not check my reservation and told me that the hotel cannot do anything about it, and that he doesn't know how to proceed with the matter. I am disappointed that after a few stays with porcelain hotel i had such a nasty experience from the staff, who cannot trace my previous conversation with their staff, accused me of calling the wrong hotel and made it my fault when I followed the relevant processes. Please advise how I can follow up on this matter I need a resolution. Fiona

Marco at reception was friendly super efficient and a credit to the hospitality industry in singapore. He checked us in within a few minutes and had us in the room in no time so that we have lots of time to explore the heritage Chinatown and hunt for breakfast. The lady at housekeeping (sorry didn’t get her name) was also very friendly and In the short time we had in the corridor she was greeting and chatting with many guests a testament to her professionalism over and above her duties. Overall a great experience and we will certainly be back.

We booked this hotel almost a year in advance and were delighted to be informed that we had been upgraded to an 'executive room'. Heaven knows what a standard room is like, as we ended up in a grotty little annex which smelt musty and was tucked away in the back of beyond. At least we had a window (even though it was opaque), the other couple in our party didn't even have this luxury and were instead stuck in the basement without any natural light! Cleaning was dubious, the bed was fixed against the wall so access was limited and it was almost impossible to clean it adequately. Tired does not do this place justice, it was more comatose!
