clean, about 5 menit to Chinatown MRT station, easy to reach from airport, Marina and shopping centre, good service,in the middle of Chinatown makes easy to looking for food , pleasure and souvenir.it's recomended for all travel especially backpacker or small group
Blocks away from hawker stalls in Chinatown, same distance from Chinatown Centre Point Mall in the other direction, both locations with MRT entrance. Taxi stand in front, 7-Eleven around the corner, bar and restaurant lined streets. Because it's an older building, windows let in a lot of street noise, trash collection and street sweeping starts at 5:00 am, was surprised at first, but got accustomed to it.
We stayed here for 2 nights and the rooms were much smaller than we expected, with no space to lay out our luggage. The bathroom was small and the sliding door was so old it made a weird noise each time. There is no ice machine on the premise and the customer service was lacking. You get what you pay for and I don't think we will come back.
Our room is only 14 metres and it was okay. But the carpet floor was very soggy. It was the most hummid hotel room we ever stayed all our life. Dont ask them for wine opener, they dont have. Toilet door was broken and they replace it with an ugly curtain, which didnt hang well. First and second nite the fan (in toilet) was not working (we didnt complain), third night suddenly the fan was working and there was no button to shut it down, since the toilet door is broken so we can hear the fan and its very loud, barely cant sleep.
At a great location and uniquely decorated. The room is super small, literally like a shoes box. Although, didn't mind the size of the room with the amount of the money we paid for a hotel in this area, plus it's clean.
