This place is a good budget hotel that is close to the city, food and trinkets places. The customer service here is fantastic. The room we stayed in the first night was super noisy. Wasnt able to sleep the whole night due to mahjong tiles shuffling, beer bottles clanking, laughter, car engines ravving. The morning when i managed to call the front desk, they gave me another room within 30mins at a higher floor. Sound disturbance was better. For those who likes to drink, the hotel is along the same row of various types of pubs and bars.
Central in Chinatown near MRT stations. Small rooms but practical. 24 hour reception. Stayed here twice before but this time the room had no window very disorientating. Starting to show its age and could do with updating.
They spent far to much money on the reception and not enough on the rooms, not even a hook to hang a towel in the bathroom and no long mirror in the room if your a woman you can not see a thing to do your make up and the bed in extremely short my husband is 6ft 4 and did not fit in the bed the only thing good was the location.
Room is pretty big, carpet feels a little sticky. Sink area is really pretty and aesthetic. Not the best hotel, if you have the money to book the theme suite then i rather you go to other hotel with more facilities and better amenity. Room is quite old and slightly dusty but no weird stains. Service is so so, you pay for what you get. Overall, will not come back or recommend this hotel.
Located in the heart of Chinatown, just less than 5 Minutes walking from the MRT. It is a basic accommodation: small room but with good wifi. However you can hear all the sounds coming from the street and that's not good. It is overpriced but still ok due to the great location.
