Hotel's Favourite
Words cannot describe how perfect the hotel is, right from the minute we entered all the way to the convenience of checking-out. We were welcomed with a gong. At reception, Sam greeted us and offered us a late checkout knowing that it was our anniversary staycation. There was also a tea ceremony where we were served delicious tea and mooncake. The hotel was booked out the weekend when I checked again but there was no crowd at all (except the pool). Room felt just nice. Layout wasn't too cramped. We had free minibar drinks too! The in-room tea from Pryce fitted the style and feel of the hotel very well. The view from the room was also very scenic! The only thing I had to point out was the toilet bowl detects any slight movement and will start spraying water/sanitising/cleaning so we had to leave the door close whenever we walked past it. We tried the pool at 4+pm, it was full with people on the sunbed (nobody was swimming), so we went to the gym instead. It was well-equipped. We managed to go the pool again at 8am the next day and it was pretty empty. We left the room for dinner and had the 'no-disturb' sign on. When we came back, we had a note saying that they wanted to delivery something but couldn't do so and asked us to call them back. A while later, they delivered a note and a bag of chocolates for our anniversary celebration. Checkout was a breeze. We only had to drop our cards in the express checkout box and we were out. Thank you The Clan Hotel for a wonderful staycation and we'll definitely come back again :)…

Very nice hotel and room, nothing out of place and good attention to detail. Early check-in can never of course be guaranteed but they found me a room which was a great relief after a sleepless overnight flight. Would ge back there again.

The Clan Hotel is the best place to stay in Singapore: the location is perfect (10 meters to the metro station, near Chinatown and many delicious places where to eat) and the staff is just great. Darren was a fantastic host, making us a charming tea ceremony and making us feel at home in the wonderful lobby. The pool has a fantastic view, and was never crowded. The breakfast was very good and the rooms equipped with Japanese wc, good hairdryer and all you need. We would definitely come back again!

Absolutely beautiful hotel!! We were able to only stay one night and definitely wish we could stay more. Definitely opt to watch the tea ceremony upon check in. Great location to Maxwell hawker station. We walked to gardens by the bay too, about 25-30 mins. Pool is open late and opens up to an amazing view.

Our 5 night stay was terrific and beds oh so comfortable. The location was also great being close to an MRT station. The concierge were so helpful too. Close to a bunch of of hip restaurants and china town, so could walk everywhere.

Great hotel located in a perfect position in Singapore, adjacent to a good little area with restaurants and bars. It is situated right next to the MRT stop (Metro) if you need to move around the city. The rooms were great, good size, fantastic views, comfy beds and pillows. Highly recommended especially with such a courteous and efficient staff. I'll be back!

Thank you the staff at The Clan Hotel making it a pleasant Birthday Staycation. Staff were friendly during the check-in, was asked to wait at the lobby for a tea to be served. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The facilities were great too. Totally love the Sky pool and Gym where you can have the city view. Spent a quiet evening in the pool. As I have stated that it was a staycation for an advance birthday celebration, the hotel actually delivered a cake to the room for the celebration. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend for those who are traveling as Chinatown and Marina Bay Sands are just within walking distance.

Room is great, it has good location!! Close to several MRT station, also there are several great restaurants near by. Service is good, it can deposit luggages, hotel will help move your luggage to your room when your room is ready. The whole hotel has the fragrance of tea, which makes people relax.
