check in was a breeze when we arrived at 2pm. small boutique hotel so not much facilities to mention. Nevertheless room was spacious and comfy to stay night in. loves the bathroom that could overlook the nostagical shophouses outside. Also love the fairytale rooftop bar exterior Chillax ambience as a whole was great and relaxing staycation experience in sg given its Priceline($120/night!)

We had come once before when it was Wangz, and enjoyed returning. The room was spacious and welcoming, and the staff very friendly. We arrived very early in the morning and went out for a long walk, by the time we returned, we didn't wait long to have a room. Everyone was cordial and friendly, we even were given bottles of water to refresh ourselves for when we went out for a walk. My only suggestion is to have a few hooks or an additional place to hang the towels after a shower.

While I find the location of the hotel a tad too out of place, my stay was indeed very pleasant. Check-in process was fast and swift. Again, I totally forgot the malay front desk agent’s name but he was fast and efficient. And because the hotel is rather small, room service was swift. I called up the front desk for some ice and it came to my room in a big bucket within minutes. If you’re within budget and in need of a good hotel to recuperate and rest, this hotel is perfect for you. I would also recommend you to have dinner at their rooftop restaurant. While the food isn’t that fantastic, the view totally is. And! The service is incredible too. I wrote a full review of my stay on my blog, feel free to check it out on my TripAdvisor profile.

It's fall on my birthday when I'm checking! They served me with their Excellent Service and without failed attended to my special enquires! Both of them deserved an EXSA Awards for their Outstanding Performance! Good Job and Well done to both of you.. I'm impressed with the special service treatment given to me! We have a staycation in May. To our surprise, the room is spacious, clean n bright. We were given room 404, which cost us only $100/night. We were also given two breakfast sets along with this stay. We were very lucky that early check-in at 2pm n pending late check out (12noon)! Reception staff is very friendly. Gym n restaurant were closed due to covid. Good location, which is two bus stops away from outram mrt. Many eateries nearby - We tried tiong bakery (cappuccino & apple kouign amann - taste ok). We also went to nearby tiong bahru market, we tried jian bo shui kueh, n Michelin 2017& 2018 Hong Heng fried sotong hokkien prawn noodles (surprisingly queue was very fast). Both 😋! We also tried Classic Golden spoon at no 62/seng poh lane - coffee pork ribs, 3-cup chicken (San bei ji) n seafood fried rice - Don't miss it!!!

Good value for money, spacious room, spacious shower which I loved with non slip tiles very safe, rain shower too, good quality towels, good amentities in the room, hair dryer, stand to hang clothes, round side table, desk mirror was large, lightings in room sufficient and easy to turn off and on. Check in was efficient, lady at the front desk was polite, worked quickly but effectively to ensure to explain all details about covid regulations and checks and paperwork needed to be informed to us before handing us our room keys. Large spacious quiet room on a high floir as requested, with nice view of greenery across the street. Excellent Service. Closet with hangers and extra pillows. Comfy pillows but unfortunately, the 1 king-size bed advertised was 2 mattresses put together with a king- sized matress protector to stimulate a king- sized bed, which it did not. Dissapointed as it was not as comfy and every movement of 1 person woke the other, we checked out earlier due to this as we did not get a restfull sleep. We felt it was unfortunate that the roof top restaurant we had heard so much about was closed due to the new covid regulations which came into effect unfortunately the same day we had booked to check in. We would have loved to experience the rooftop restaurant but alas it was not meant to be. Maybe another time.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to Tiong Bahru Market, bus stops and good eateries. The famous Tiong Bahru Bao is just next door. My room is very spacious, clean, quiet and with a nice view. Even the toilet has a view. Everything in my room worked. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, bed linen and towels clean and fresh and shower consistently hot. The housekeeper was also polite and friendly. The reception staff were friendly and polite. .Faiz, Martin and Bryan provided good service. Faiz even asked if I had an umbrella when I passed him one day on the way out as it was drizzling outside. He even remembered my surname. The hotel surpassed my expectations and is excellent value for money.

Stay for a night. Staff is great and genuinely helpful esp Faiz. Assisted us from the carpark as I'm having a elderly and baby in tow. Check in was fast. Room was good sized and deco seems quite new. Bed is king size and comfortable. Think at this price point, can't find any with king sized bed provided. Housekeeping found my belonging left in the room after checkout and passed it over to front desk. Great integrity, superb team. Overall we are quite satisfied with the stay 👍

The hotel was not too shabby for its price but I expected a little more as it was under The Ascott Limited. On offer from Klook, we paid $70/night for the room. Hotel is a little old and needs better upkeep. Bell man at the carpark was great, saw our car pulled in and came out to help us get the lift, managed to get an early check-in at 1.30pm. Room was huge and spacious, but we didn't quite enjoy the room flooring that was relatively rough. Toilet has some mould issues but I guess it wasn't that bad. TV was not good, there was so much static sound, and the picture quality was quite poor. One night only, so we didn't want to bother the staff either. Room walls were definitely thin. The gym is very very small and the equipments felt like they were falling apart, threadmill was ultra squicky, I didn't dare to use it. The confusing multi-purpose equipment had an instruction manual that was falling apart, and that equipment has not been maintained at all. No water or towels provided in the gym, and front office staff told us to off the air-condition by ourselves before leaving the gym. Overall, huge room and bed that is very comfy, could have used some better maintenance and staff service, and this hotel would be great!
