I have had the pleasure of staying with Far Easy Hospitality at Village Residence West Coast, a prevalent serviced apartment complex, since my arrival in Singapore; February 2021.
I was quite apprehensive upon my influx as I had just completed a mandatory, yet very solitary, 14 day Stay at Home notice (quarantine) at a local hotel.
My trepidation was quickly expunged as I entered the lobby of Village Residence West Coast, where I was swiftly greeted by the Guest Service Officer Ms. Sharifah, she pragmatically set me on my way to a freshly cleaned, and contemporary themed one (1) bedroom efficiency apartment.
Upon my introduction to the Residence Manager Ms. Nancy, it was effortless to observe why Village Residence West Coast is so efficient. It is undeniably a direct reflection of her superior leadership skills.
The housekeeping staff is equally remarkable, Ms. Betty, Ms. Mee Chu, Ms. Fiona, and Ms. Devi are extraordinarily kind and always leave the units well renewed at each attendance
To illuminate the kind ways of the staff; I recently fell ill, the employees at Village Residence West Coast all voiced their concerns and surprised me with a “Get Well” fruit basket.
Each evening when I return to the Residence from work, I am often treated to warm salutations which only confirm that I am home.
Additionally, Village Residence West Coast, is conveniently location atop of the West Coast Plaza, where you can find many clothing, department, and grocery stores to suite your every desire. There are several restaurants and a food court sited within the plaza.

Stayed at Village Residence West Coast for 4 months, we enjoyed the hospitality experience from the very start of the stay. The Sales, Sindy Yeo, was a referred contact by Jessica Loh who are both very kind and accommodating to our requirements.
As we moved in, we were met by guest manager, Sharifah who was very hospitable to our needs. Also our housekeeper, Devi, she is a very kind and hardworking who helped us keep the room clean and always ensure we have sufficient of items in all our rooms. Also there are others at Village Residence West Coast who had made our stay a wonderful experience.

Been staying here for almost 8 months ++ and all I can say is the place is very safe, peaceful and clean. Staff are all friendly and able to assist us with whatever trouble we’re facing in our room with a smile. Would like to commend Mee Choo for keeping the unit clean every week. She is always ready to assist us without any complaints. Kudos as well to Sharifah for her good job and she is very friendly.
Overall, staying here has been a very good experience for us. Everything is just a stone throw away from bus stops, hawker stalls and grocery shops. Thanks a lot!

We have been staying VRWC since Mar'20 due to pandemic affected work travelling, really much enjoyed the residence peaceful environment, facilities, echo friendly garden, helpful & friendly staff that making our it feels like home:)

I would like to mention few things after I stayed 3 months at village residence west coast road.
The front office, House Keeping (Maha Devi), and the maintenance teams are co operated very well during the stay.
One Sunday, I kept my passports inside the safe locker and locked it. While try to open it the next day it won’t work because of battery issue. Initially I thought during week ends there won’t be any response. I just called Maha Devi(house keeping assistant) about this issue. She discussed with her supervisor Betty and both of them taken immediate action to solve the issue within one hour of reporting time even during holidays. Thankfully I can make it to the task that I need to complete with my passport.
The maintenance team they supported very much when I have issues with the Door.
Overall experience was very nice.

Sharifah, the guest manager, together with the rest of the friendly and warm staff at Village Residence West Coast made my 4 month-long stay there the best experience I could have ever wished for while in Singapore. They always went above and beyond to make sure that we never were short of any necessities and they always greeted us with smiles, every day. Spotless weekly cleaning of all areas of the flat and an overall great place to spend my stay in Singapore. I recommend everyone that is looking for a place to call home to stay at Village Residence West Coast while in Singapore.

The staff at the Village Residence West Coast have made our stay most welcoming. Devi is a lovely lady who ensures that she does a very good job with attention to details and always a smile on her face. She goes beyond her duty to extend help readily.

it is quite similar to the old times mall of the past. There are 3 floor full of different vendors; from nail salons, massage spas, medical clinics, grocery stores, clothing outlets, winery , and many restaurants, to include coffee outlets.
