We stayed here for 4 nights and very happy with our choice. Rooms are clean and roomie. They also have a very nice and clean pool. Location is excellent. All type of food just around the corner. Ranging from fancy Michelin star restaurants to authentic Chinese food court. Staff at this hotel is outstanding. Sharon, the lady who clean our rooms is super nice and very accommodated. I went with my wife on a five day !! trip to Singapore in early April 2019 and we stayed in this hotel throughout. The great things about this hotel are five. first, the location is really convenient.You can go to this hotel by train/MRT from the airport . The fee is only 2.5 Singapore dollars, which is a steal.The hotel is just across a small park.There is plenty of transport available .The MTR, the bus and it seemed taxis are plentiful around here. Second, It is a newish old hotel.And the size of room is reasonably big. So it is quite comfortable .And , given the size and the location, it is value for money to stay here. Third, there are plenty of eateries around here and several hawker center nearby. So you can sample a lot of Singapore food without the need of going…

The hotel is located close to china town and old town. The furniture is excellent and the room is well equipped. They have a gym and a pool, very convenient. excellent for business and sleeping. Very reasonable.

We just stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. All was great and as expected. Spacious room with all the amenities one could ask for. Very good location. Clean and prompt service. The only issues we had that were very annoying was that the wifi connection is terrible. The reception staff were not very informative to assist with questions we had with visiting Singapore.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. We had a really good stay and the maid did an excellent job taking care and cleaning our rooms. Her name is Sharon I believe. Other staffs in the hotel were very good too. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

This was our first stop in Singapore and a great location to explore - easy walk to china town and a great base to explore the city. Room was nice and spacious all features you’d expect. My luggage didn’t arrive with my flight and there was no issue with them accepting delivery of it and bringing up to the room. Pool was a nice addition and great to cool offer having explored the city and before the on going flight. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but there is a great coffee and breakfast place 5 mins walk way - 5 oars coffee roastery.

I stayed Orchid Hotel for 3 nights due to business trip in Singapore. This hotel was recommended by local Singaporean friend as my meeting will be at central Raffles area. - Very convenient location and just opposite to MRT station of Tanjong Pagar. There are so many nice restaurants, coffee shops, bars nearby; - The room facility is normal, but with big space, which I like. - Both room and hotel are clean; - There is swimming pool and small gym at hotel; - The staffs in front-desk is efficient; - The price is reasonable if comparing to other hotels in same area; The setup of breakfast area is not very well structured. Very spacious room. Well furnitured, although a bit old. Very helpful staff. Very convenient location. Wifi is stable. Mini-bar is no-frills but price-friendly. Have a swimming pool. Room keeping is very good - feel like entering a new room every day I come back from work.

We arrived in Singapore early and was taken to our hotel. we were not allowed to check in, however, they took our cases and made them secure and we were allowed to use the facilities until our rooms were ready. they even had a room where you can freshen up after our long flight. When we checked in we were upgraded to one of their signature rooms which was very nice. The hotel is situated close to the main street and within easy walking distance to the main Mall. (with a great food hall) also the hop on hop bus stops right outside the hotel.
