The primary reason I selected this hostel was because it is very near Golden Mile Bus Complex and also I had been here before.Anyone can choose this place with great confidence. Always when I come to Singapore I use the MRT but this time as I had stayed in the Five stones I avoided the MRT both in cost and time travel. So I had saved a lot of money. All the facilities are upto the mark. And even the food quality is good. However there might be some issues with the flooring but this did not affect me.The lift though single worked very well. There is a big TV screen for movies and Youtube. There are too many food shops nearby too and excellent shopping. In my three days in the area I did not go out of the general area.I really shopped a lot in the nearby lanes. The key card access is a card on a lanyard which is very good so that we do not misplace the card. The key locker is so good.I would definitely come to this hostel again

I know it’s a hostel and a cheap one, but I’ve been in cheap hostels in my life before and they were much better. Firstly, and most importantly, public bathrooms in shopping malls were cleaner that those in this hostel. Showers were really small, my clothes were immediately wet. Secondly, the photos on the website/booking websites must be REALLY old, since the walls are dirty and it is visible that they were painted years ago. Thirdly, the rules say that guests shouldn’t consume any food or drinks in the rooms, because the hosts don’t want any ants. That’s too bad, because the ants had already been in the room when we entered it for the first time. Moreover, our bedsheets were a little dirty. The only good thing about this hostel was it’s location.

We arrived at the hostel where the lovely staff welcomed us and led us up to the room. The beds were good and clean. The hostel location was excellent close to the center. The breakfast was reasonable.

This is just a typical hostel. Nothing really special about it. The rooms feel very cement-ish. The shared area is fine (the Wii remotes don't have batteries though). Price is fine for Singapore. The location however is spectacular. Close to markets and transit. I would return if I was looking for a hostel.

It’s not my style to write negative reviews, but got here yesterday and already have some disappointments. First of all, it took a bit more than usual to check in since I had to wait for my bed to get ready and then the (not so friendly) receptionist sent me to the wrong bed in the wrong room. The showers are so small that you clean yourself and your hanging clothes get wet at the same time. The toilets smell like some public place you have been before (awful). However the beds are comfy, they should use some curtain to have a division between uses, bringing privacy. Good points though, they offer you laundry service (for free) and breakfast.

Wifi was really strong, the rooms were generally clean (fine for the price we paid), bathrooms were kept pretty clean. The hallway got a bit loud but not too bad. The walls were thick so I didn't hear any noise from outside the hostel. We didn't buy breakfast there. Had a nice entrance area to chill/hide in the A/C. Good location and super close to a metro stop.

You get what you pay for, a cheap deal compared to Singapore’s high prices. You can’t wear shoes in the rooms, the beds were okay not brilliant.. the breakfast was okay. I’d probably look for somewhere else if I returned to Singapore and had a bit more money!

Overall the location is good as it's near to 2 MRT station (Bugis & Nicoll HIghway). Not sure with breakfast as I was told my booking does not include breakfast but no worries as there are eateries around the hostel. Free coffee and tea all time, comfortable lounge with Netflix available. Towel not provided so remember to bring own towel.
