The Orchard Scotts Residence is an excellent condo with all the facilities necessary to have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The gym is great, the pools are very spacious and well cared for, the leisure areas of the building are great with different options to welcome guests. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and with good furniture. The entire staff that takes care of the building and the apartments is magnificent, especially I would like to thank Mrs. Dong Qiuhong who in addition to being extremely kind, always took care of the apartment we lived very well. Me and my family are very grateful to her. The location of the condo is very convenient, being a 5-minute walk from Newton metro station.

Crystal and Silver are very active and helpful employees. I and my children did not feel alienated because they were by my side, always offering to help us and facilitating our affairs and all our requests. I hope to see them in higher positions. They deserve all the appreciation and gratitude from me, my children, and me. About the housing, it is wonderful with all the facilities and excellent services. I think it is distinctive in Singapore. But there is one law that I would like to reconsider, which is forcing the tenant to sign a long contract for three months, and that forces, but the rest of the things are very, very wonderful, and I thank you all for those wonderful services.

The location is close to Newton MRT and you can walk to Orchard and Novena.
Newton has few restaurants other than the food center, but it is a calm and quiet place to stay.
The building is old but well maintained.
If there is any problem in the room, they will respond immediately.
The grounds are large and I often saw people sitting by the pool or on the benches chatting.
The office staff, housekeepers, and maintenance staff are all friendly and helpful.
It is a serviced apartment with high hospitality, with events and gifts depending on the season, and cakes for Christmas and birthdays.
I was happy that they sent us off warmly when we returned to our home country.

After more than 2 years at Orchard Scotts Residences, we would like to say that we really enjoyed the OSR Management Office team - Hamdan, Eleen, Amrit, Wei San, Christel & Silver - and housekeeping team: they were attentive, pleasant, available and very responsive and accommodating when we needed them. The residence is beautiful and very well maintained.

It was a 6 month stay at Orchard Scott’s Residence (OSR) from August 2023 to February 2024.
During the stay at OSR, especially housekeepers, concierge officers and hospitality executives such as Christel and Eelin, were especially helpful at all times.
The response time for any requests was exceptionally quick and any issues were quickly resolved with minimum fuss and inconvenience.
In truth, it felt like a home away from home and the genuine warmth, care and support extended by the OSR staff and officers exceeded all expectations beyond compare.
I would not hesitate recommending anyone considering short to long term accommodation to secure your stay at OSR.
The location next to Newton station and good centre was superb. In addition, the facilities are also outstanding and well maintained.
Happiness is a state of mind and OSR really made me happy during my entire stay there.

Great service condo Orchard Scotts, we enjoyed staying here and it makes us feel like a home. Daily room service is also the most fun part and the kids love it. The cleaning lady Foong Yee is like a big sister to the boys and there's this once i thought i lost my phone in the playgroud and hurrying heading out myself, i felt so trustworthy of the cleaning lady that i can leave the kids under her supervision for short while and was sure the kids won't feel uncomfortable. Great service overall!

My family and I stayed in a three bedroom apartment at Orchard Scott’s Residences over the Christmas break and loved it. The apartment was clean and comfortable and quite spacious which was fabulous as there were 5 adults. The large pools were great and my kids enjoyed the basketball court a lot although it must be noted that we had to buy a basketball as they were not provided. The included breakfast was modest but filled a spot in your stomach and the ladies who worked in the dining room were very helpful and friendly. This accommodation is located at least a 20 minute walk from the heart of Orchard Road and many shops. This was quite a walk in the heat of Singapore. However Newton underground station was located just across the road which was very convenient to get wherever we wanted to go. We absolutely loved that Newton Food Center (Hawkers Market)across the road where the food was super good and the options huge. Eating here although still not cheap was significantly cheaper than most cafes in Singapore. We found the atmosphere to be fun and my boys particularly liked the well priced Tiger beer. Thus was open from mid morning until 2 am so very convenient. The check in staff were very good at the accommodation and we were very impressed that they allowed us to check out well passed their usual time free of charge as we had an evening flight. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning.

The facilities are fab; two large, well maintained pools plus a kiddie pool. The grounds are green and well looked after by friendly gardeners. The housekeeping staff are particularly lovely and warm - our 18 month old looked forward to seeing Foong Yee 3 times a week! There are lots of condos here but it still has a friendly vibe amongst residents. Bbq cabanas are another standout. We had a lovely stay with our toddler and 4 year old. Proximity to orchard rd/Central is also a big plus, with Newton mrt a 5 min walk away

After 18 amazing months of staying at Orchard Scotts, I am leaving with a heavy heart as I will be leaving this wonderful home.
Throughout the stay, I was entertained by the amazing management staff who has consistently made my stay as comfortable as possible. All my requests were fulfilled in very short time, and all enquiries were promptly answered.
I had been staying at a loft unit which I believe is larger than other serviced apartments around Singapore. The kitchen was fully equipped with the necessities, the toilets were spacious and clean, and most importantly the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve stayed in. Both the amazing hard and soft products are testament of what OSR has to offer and I wholeheartedly recommend anybody coming to Singapore to stay at.
They also hold community events from time to time which residents can participate in and enjoy e.g. Fathers day celebrations, Chinese New year, Christmas.
Special recognition to Christel, Eleen, Amrit, WeiSan, Silver and Hamdan who went above and beyond - they were the heart of Orchard Scotts.

We do not have different sections. I would encourage you to view the traveller photos taken by our guest who stayed in Orchard Scotts Residences before.
You can also take a look at the photo on our facilities that we have, especially the outdoor swimming pool which is ideal for relaxation. For indoor, we have Furo bath, Sauna and Steam room to enjoy. If you have young kids, they will love the big playground. On top of that, we also have a big gym, tennis and basketball court for healthy lifestyle.
In terms of location, we are easily accessible to anywhere and subway is just 5mins walk from our premise. Lastly, we have a nearby outdoor hawker centre where you can enjoy most of the local delicacy which is about 3 mins walk form our premise.
