I was skeptical booking a Holiday Inn but I had 2 main requirements - proximity to MRT and ability to fit 2 adults and 1 teen in the room. Room sizes are small in Asia and the ability to fit 3 in a room is quite challenging. Booked the loft room . This location fit the bill and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel is . The MRT (Farrer Park purple line) entrance was also right outside the back entrance. We did not take advantage of the restaurant. The workout facility and self serve laundry was right ouside our room on the 12th floor and had nice views of the city. We chose to do laundry at a self serve laundry 4min away as the cost per load was steep at $16 SGD for Wash and dry with very tiny loads. We were able to find a self serve in Little India next to the Mustafa Center and did wash & dry for $9 SGD. My only complaints are the blanket for the pull out sofa was quite scratchy and the pull out sofa mattress was quite uncomfortable so our teen slept on the sofa itself. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive.

Our small family of 3 (parents + 5 year old) didn’t mind the small room as long as it is clean and comfortable. We were out most of the day anyway to explore the sights of Singapore and would just return at night to sleep. The location is very convenient, it is right beside the Farrer MRT station, there are a lot of food centers nearby, and there are also 2 big malls right across the hotel (Mustafa Mall is open 24h and you can find cheap souvenirs and chocolates here!). The staff are very helpful, they would always oblige our requests for bottled water and ice. The breakfast spread is decent, we looked forward to the different kinds of bacon and sausages they served everyday. Did I mention that kids eat the buffet breakfast for free?
All in all, we would definitely recommend this hotel and will likely book here again the next time we’re in Singapore.

We had a great stay here for 5 nights and 6 days at the hotel! The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. Especially Kalyan, who is the food and beverage manager there, has been extremely helpful in guiding us and providing general knowledge. He also helped us arrange accommodation for an extra day on the last day of our trip which was very kind of him to do so.
The room service was extremely timely and the rooms were in great condition afterward. The water and coffee/tea were all complementary as well as the breakfast (more details down below).
The hotel is located in a great location close to many south asian restaurants. There is also the mustafa centre located only 5 minutes (walk) away where you can buy literally anything (general shopping, clothes, tech, house supplies, foot wear, jewellery, groceries, etc...). The Farrer Park MRT station is also just below the hotel where you can go down to create a MRT pass for $10 ($5 for the card and $5 balance). This is highly recommended as you can access almost all points of interest in Singapore just using the MRT (much cheaper than taxi or any other type of transit). And you can add balance to the card with either your credit card or cash (good option for those who don't want to pay FX fees).
The complimentary breakfast is AMAZING!!! You literally have a choice from 20+ food choices to eat from continental to south asian. The Indian food was amazing. They have both pure vegetarian as well as non-veg options (seperate table). The food was fresh and tasted great. Kalyan the F&B manager there is also a very wonderful and resourceful person who can assist you with any of your questions and concerns as well as provide great tips for travelling the country.
Overall I would highly recommend anyone considering this location to go ahead and book without worrying about the little details. This location is great for connectivity, food and shopping all at once.

This was the first time I stayed at Holiday Inn Little India.
Main reason to choose the location. Farrer Park MRT is just a few steps from the hotel premises, City Square Mall is stone's throw away and Mustafa Shopping Mall is within walking distance.
Rooms are small in size and may not be comfortable for a large family. I had to change my room from a standard to a loft because I found the room to be too small for the two of us, plus there is no wardrobe. Only racks and hangers were provided. The Room Service Staff were very polite and receptive to our requests for soft pillows and other essential when we needed.
Some rooms come with a study table, some do not. For someone like me who has to work on a laptop frequently it was very uncomfortable. Even though i was staying in a loft unit there was no study desk and i had to constantly slouch while working on my laptop as the chair provided was uncomfortable.
The Front office Staff did not embody the Holiday Inn Spirit of Service as i believe the staff could have crossed over from the former park hotel management and the Holiday Inn culture was yet to sink in but in general they were helpful. Breakfast options are good, but variety can be included to the menu as many of the dishes were repeated every alternate day. I loved the location of the restaurant on the fifth floor. Big Open Space and Airy with a view of the pool. Good to unwind after a long hard day at work. The property is nice and clean, and my stay was pleasant and will definitely recommend for travelers on a short stay looking for a clean place to stay without the frills.
P.S: While in Singapore do not forget to try the variety of delicious cuisine available at the numerous hawker centers dotting the island, some of them certified Michelin Star stalls. A visit to the hawker center is a must and a experience in itself for the very affordable and good variety of delicious cuisine (Chinese, Indian , Malay & Western) available.

I travelled to Singapore last weekend for business. In the Saturday morning, 19th Nov, the cleaner just entered my room without any notification with his room key.
I was in the bathroom and this was extremely awful. I spoke to the front desk when I check out and the hotel do not do take any action, I submitted survey form to report this incident, and I do not receive any response from the management as well. This is ridiculous and I do not recommend this hotel.
This is extremely unacceptable, this hotel do not respect privacy and do not respond for their mistake.

I was welcomed very warmly by Driya, who checked me in with much efficiency. She also offered me an advanced birthday greeting, which was a pleasant surprise. Due recognition as a loyal guest of the hotel chain was accorded and I appreciated the handwritten note by Kristen, Director of Operations.
I had corresponded with the hotel weeks earlier as I was cycling to the hotel, and had to find out about the storage arrangements. I was given an answer, though I had to send an email chaser.
This hotel was rebranded but I will not compare, as I have never stayed here before. Its location is convenient, with a train station literally steps away from the hotel’s back entrance. The room I was assigned to was comfortable and clean, such an important factor nowadays. I squeezed in time to swim a few laps and found the pool to be of a nice size and, not too crowded despite my stay falling on a weekend.
A couple of things that require attention though. One is that I could not get the pool’s jacuzzi jets to work. Second of all, the toilet roll holder in my room (#1922) needs to be tightened, and thirdly, I wish the flushing system was more powerful.
Overall, the stay was an extremely pleasant one and I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Little India while on a family holiday. It was all in all an excellent stay, with amazing and personalised hospitality, perfect ambience and services all in a brilliant location.
Location: The hotel is located right in the centre of Little India which is sprinkled with good restaurants all around. All major attractions and the CBD area are all just a couple of stations away from here. The MRT station is right below the building, which makes commute within Singapore easy and hassle free.
Rooms and stay comfort: The rooms are well laid out, with good amenities and great views all around. Housekeeping is excellent.
Hotel amenities: The hotel has a nice pool, gym and restaurant. The food was very good. Breakfast spread was quite large and being a vegetarian Indian, I found a lot of good options. When you begin the day satiated, the rest of the day goes very well 😊
People and hospitality: The entire team was very hospitable and well mannered. I had a 4 year old toddler with me who was well looked after and cared for by all. Our individual tastes and requirements were carefully catered to and kept in mind by the team, which made the stay all the more pleasant and memorable!
We will surely return at the next given opportunity. We wish the entire team the very best! We highly recommend Holiday Inn Little India for work and leisure.

i stayed here for 3 nights on 21 october 2022. After i disembarked my cruise, i reached early at hotel. I had booked premium loft room for 2 adults and one child.
As they had room room empty, they gave me early check in. it only took them 6 to 8 mins for check in. Also this room had complimentary extra bed for child which was also made available in another 5 mins of check in.
From the back door of hotel you directly get connected to farrer park MRT. it was very easy to travel in mrt due to hotels location. I choose to stay here, being a pure vegetarian it was easy to move to pure veg restaurants in little India at a walking distance of 5 to 7 mins.
city square mall is also at 5 mins walk. 7 eleven store at the back gate of hotel was very convenient. Hotel also has Starbucks at the entrance lobby.
All the staff is very humble and prompt. Just as check in check out was also express. just 5 mins.

We regularly stay at this Hotel whenever we are in Singapore and are always recognised as regular guests and IHG members. Our preferences for an extra chair, pillows, and room facing preference are often met. The Hotel is located right above Farrer Park MRT station which makes getting round Singapore an absolute breeze. The room is spacious enough and we have now requested for a K vs standard Q size bed for our future stays. Hopefully this can be accommodated. The Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and makes us feel at home. The improvements we would like to see are that guests are able to adjust the AC louvre so that the air flow does not blow directly on our heads in bed, and also that the sink can empty quicker

Stayed in a great designed duplex type room with the bed above the living area, unfortunately the night lights weren’t working but everything else about the room was great. The AC control was actually usable unlike my previous month of travelling numerous hotels! Amazing staff always offering help before you even have to ask.
I know Singapore isn’t massive, but this is a very good location, with many places less than 15mins away. Plus the MRT (train) is right beside, which I wish I had had the time to use. The body lotion in the bathroom is soooo nice, good job it was bolted down!!
My only complaint, and totally *my* fault - a pool open until 10pm but I didn’t get to swim in the dark :( But got plenty of swims during the day!

I have seen reviews asking for an extra bed for a child. The premium loft is already tight- not sure one could fit? Also my teen daughter used the sofa bed but it was quite lumpy so she preferred to sleep on the actual sofa.
There are more places to choose from in the Singapore area.
