Selecting this hotel because its free parking at the basement but was impressed with the set up and quality of bed.
The staffs and the environment is very pleasant. They do room cleaning daily as per my request. Free parking but they don't have any kitchen. Luckily there is a petrol station next door which sell day to day needs...
We slept here for 3 nights and I must say the hotel is overall acceptable. But the hotel staff cleans the rooms at midnight doing a lot of noise. We asked the guy to not slap the doors and to mute his mobile phone...
being a long term guest, no special weekly rates were applicable and similar budget hotels in this area were more expensive particularly weekend rates being 20% higher plus. my room stank of a smoker prior and no t...
We requested for high floor and Angie gave us that - the room was so quiet to have a good night sleep the air con working very well for hot weather during our stay.
I could either stay at one of the transit hotel inside Changi airport (I've done this in the past on a shorter stay) or exit Changi airport and stay at the new Yotelair at Jewel Changi, which was initially my firs...
Pros Got upgraded to a superior room which was nice. Room was spacious with 1 queen bed and another single bed. Adequate sized bathroom with tub, shower and powder area. Location is nice. Near a supermarket and restaurants. Cons Stayed for a week here but no housekeeping ever cleaned our room. Wifi was horrific. Cannot even connect to basic messaging apps. Window cannot be opened. Pathway smelled of smoke even though all rooms we're non-smoking. 2 water bottles we're only provided on the first day as welcome drinks lol. Staff not so friendly.
Staying 5 days in this hotel for SHN purpose and noticed the rooms were pretty small + not much things provided in the room (like utensils, room slipper). Checked and request from reception and said need to buy ownself if need to get a slippers. Location wise, quite ok cos nearby got alot of shophouses and geylang seria market. There’s only 1 way to contact the receptionist which is through whatsapp channel. Have to keep remind the receptionist to request room service and it took almost 1 hour. Towels were pretty smelly as if never wash before. Bed is comfortable. Not much expected as per the hotel rating and price though. Just sharing an experience so that can do a comparison. *** Take note they will charge extra 200$ for deep cleaning for SHN people no matter whether positive or negative***…
No window room is super small. About 3m x 4m. The bathroom is 40% of the room size. Hence the sleeping area is small. Top up to window room at $18 per night. Budget hotel which is accepting ISOLATION and SHN guests. Seems like a hotel for couples to stay in. Not really suitable for families. The hotel is on full capacity even on weekdays (ie: Tue to Thu). People have been told their rooms were not ready and have to wait. Since some rooms have been occupied by ISOLATION and SHN guests, hence lesser rooms left for staycation guests. During night time, have few bars and eating house along the stretch of road. Can see people drinking and sitting outside the hotel area. Room +43 inch Samsung TV +carpet floor +many socket heads +fridge and safe box +toothpaste and toothbrush and shower gel -super small and claustrophobic -super narrow corridor -aircon only can go down to 25 degree -local channels only -only 2 pillows -no thick blanket, only thin ones -no mineral water -no slippers -no face towel -no floor mat -no tissue box in the room Bathroom +Standing shower and handheld shower -blue towel instead of the white towel that most hotels use Location +NTUC supermarket beside the hotel. -No free parking. Park at the open space carpark or HDB parking area.…
