As we are both in our seventies entrance to hotel has about 8-9 steps up to main entrance and with two large suitcases found this extremely difficult Room in my opinion was a single room with a double bed up against the wall with no access to both sides of bed No wardrobe, water heater for shower Breakfast was included in a small grotty cafe next door which offered scrambled eggs or quasants we were booked in for four nights but left next morning and were refused a refund for our next three nights A complete rip off

It is a budget IBIS hotel, so we did not expect te Raffles. Instead it turned out to be a modest, small hotel at an excellent location! Just for a sleep during our 2 days visit it was perfect. In walking distance of most sights en surrounded by shipping malls, restaurants and other venues where one can spend money. The room had no windows, but felt cozy and turned out to be silent, clean, with tiny bathroom/douche, fridge, waterboiler, mini desk and bed, safebox and mirrors to compensate the lach of space and windows. Actually we liked the concept (and te price!). Very kind staff and a great rooftop pool and mini gym.

This is a great budget hotel for a short stay. The rooms were clean though small. Aircon worked well, the pool looked amazing and very inviting! The staff were friendly and the location was very close to Clarke Quay station. A variety if restaurants and cafes nearby or a short stroll to Clarke Quay and Boat Quay for many more dining options.

Stayed here for two nights whilst in Singapore. This is the second time I've stayed here & I like it because of the location. Is in the middle of Boat & Clarke Quay. It's a basic hotel, however, nice enough with everything you need and a rooftop pool.

We chose this hotel based on budget and location within Singapore. We found it clean but compact. The bathroom was tiny, the shower head was to the side of toilet, be warned, the entire bathroom gets wet during a shower. The bed, in my opinion, was soooo hard, I woke with back pains many times during the night which did leave me grumpy. You are supplied with only one pillow each and one towel each. The bath mat is best put outside the bathroom door to dry feet before going into the main room. The water is drinkable which was great. Our last night was disturbed by a really noisy group of girls two doors down, cackling way passed midnight and into the early hours. Reception did nothing to quieten them down. So beware, noise travels and bring earplugs.

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing to stay with us and appreciating our strategic location and clean room. We are dismayed to hear that you did not like the firmness of our bed. Extra pillow and towel are available upon request with our Front Desk. In case of excessive noise from your neighbours, please approach our colleagues so that they can make sure that your stay continues to be undisturbed and pleasant. It is our hope to welcome you back in the near future. Warm Regards, Roland Guest Experience Executive

When arriving, I couldn't get in the door as suitcases were everywhere, as this is where you leave them, when you check out. The room has no window. It is clostraphobic. It made me want to leave, the TV didn't work properly and the lock on the bathroom door is broken. I hated this stay. The breakfast was disgusting. You walk in and are told to choose 1 thing from food and 1 from drinks. The food was cold and soggy as if it had been sitting for a long period of time

Hotel was ok. We had a room with a window but the room was tiny and the bathroom was like a cupboard . Didn’t sleep well as bed wasn’t great but it was cheap so you get what you pay for . Luckily ,was only there for 3 nights. Next time will definitely be spending the extra money snd staying in one of the better hotels . My daughter liked it but she’s only 20 and doesn’t mind roughing it , I like space and comfort !

Dear Lisa, As Singapore is tiny, all buildings (including hotels across our city) are affected by the land constraint, which results in generally more compact configuration of hotel rooms, especially in high demand areas like Clarke Quay. Nevertheless, our rooms have been carefully designed to balance comfort and affordability in an economy-tier hotel. Thank you for your feedback. Warm Regards, Roland Guest Experience Executive

Good value for money overall. The rooms are tiny and the bathroom really is a wet-room. However, for the location and roof top swimming pool alone we would return. Compared to other hotels in Singapore, this one is much cheaper while also being of a reasonable standard

Worst hotel experience of my life. Rooms didn’t have a window and was incredibly humid, everything was covered from a layer of water. The shower was on the WC. We had to change room because of mold. Only good point is the position, central close to the main location.

Dear andrea, As our Standard rooms do not have windows and this is clearly indicated on the booking platform, please book our Superior and Deluxe rooms if you prefer having a window. We are adjusting the aircon system to prevent condensation in the room. Warm Regards, Roland Guest Experience Executive

Very disappointed, room was very very small. No windows, very hard bed so hot minimal sleep. Shower was great pressure but toilet was right next to it so everything got wet and we had to scrape the water into the drain after every shower and wipe toilet down to dry it. Staff were awesome but expected more. Definitely do your research if wanting to stay here. Location was perfect for us.
