Stayed one night with my Accor Plus Stayplus free night, but this property unlike in Bangkok will not be able to utilise one Stayplus free night for the lowest category room types with 0 cash. So I just top up with cash for the Superior High Floor( where Stayplus free night can be used together with cash).
I was upgraded to Deluxe Premier Room or Premier Room which infact I'm not sure as I find both type are about the same in the photos from Accor website. I am a little confused with so many similarities in most room types with prices with a little more or less.
The room design was typical very practical with bathtub included. Smart TV which is a must have for any hotel I stayed, and the smart tv in the room works for me where I can Chromecast my android phone to the tv screen and YouTube pre installed on the screen. I hope they can install more apps like Netflix or Amazon prime videos on the tv.
The room also comes with filtered water tap and I think this is a great idea as I do not need to request for more water in plastic bottles. Plus the Nespresso coffee machine which as a coffee lover, I simply enjoy making great fresh coffee from the capsule.
I did not eat at the restaurant but enjoyed my two welcome drinks( signature cocktails)at the small bar named Atelier which is also shared by the restaurant Eden.
But from my room view there is some iron structures that actually block most of the street sights, something I find unusual in terms of the exterior design of the room but I'm not sure if there are other rooms in other higher floors are not blocked.
The main door of the hotel lobby is actually on the side of the mall so you may not be able to see it from the main orchard road.
I really love the quirky and light design from the 4th floor along to the lift to rooms.
I enjoyed my one only night stay but hope to come back next time again ..And also like to mention the staff like Edmund from reception who checked me in from his ipad, Rathisan(intern) from the bar and Veera from the door lobby. Keep it up!

Excellent hotel! The bed was soooo comfortable and the room looked really modern with great views facing Orchard Road. The location was very convenient and despite being in Orchard, it was not noisy at night. Had breakfast the next morning and the pancakes was great, highly recommend trying it if you’re staying here. All the staff were friendly and approachable - always ready to help whenever we looked confused or lost. Fantastic stay, will definitely recommend to all!

I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel and would not be coming back. Upon arrival I got no help with unloading my luggage. I got similar experience as another reviewer here. The room we got facing orchard road looks very old, dirty and not renovated. Stains all over the bathroom fixtures, toilet bowls, sinks. The walls in my room was very thin, could hear next door neighbor loud TV and I could hear the housekeeping staffs shouting at each other every morning at around 7 am, EVERY DAY. On check out day, I got a reminder call at 11:55 am reminding me its time to check out, first time I received such a call from a hotel. I would not stay here ever again even if they give me a free night. The location is not good, far from any MRT train stations and no covered walkway between MRT stations and this hotel, it was pouring rain during my stay and the hotel did not provide an umbrella in my room. Many hotels in Singapore provide an umbrella in every room. For the price they are charging there are many better options you could go to such as the holiday inn express, the hilton hotel accross the street and hotel jen which is about 5 minutes from this hotel. Worst thing for me is the shockingly dirty and badly maintained room we got. Check out the photos.

We went at dine at Eden restaurant on 22/7, like the cozy environment and deco. But I felt the food and service is not up to a Hotel standard. One of the service crew even clear the plate without asking and best part is there’s food on it.
Food is just normal. Steak, Lamb and Salmon are overcooked. Ordered for Medium rare and come and serve with Medium done. Felt disappointed on this.
Still water is chargeable per bottle, which they didn’t mention to us how much it costs. And I think the service crew should ask us how many bottles we need and put it on the table and not open and pour it to our cup, which end up cost us $33+ on top of the drinks we had ordered.
And I’m not sure if there’s a complimentary birthday chocolate cake for Accor member for birthday. Coz I didn’t see they serve the birthday chocolate cake to us.

Check-in was bad and weird, I asked the guy whether I can check in in the club lounge and he went in the office to ask his manage then he check in for me without telling me and did not collect deposit.
All platinum and diamond guests will receive a bottle of wine, a plate of cut fruit and macarons but the house keeping forgotten mine.
The bathtub have bad leakage and and the phone is not working. Not allowed to order room service in the club lounge.
I confirmed with the club lounge staff I got late check out at 2pm but 12pm sharp I receive call ask about the check out time and then another staff came to my room ask me the check out time and need to carry my bag out.
Breakfast is very simple nothing tasty.
The only good thing about this hotel is the bed and soundproof is good.
All platinum and diamond guests will receive a bottle of wine, a plate of cut fruit and macarons but the house keeping forgotten mine.

We had a variable experience.
The hotel still has tradespeople finishing the hotel, although we weren’t troubled by any noise.
The dining room isn’t open for breakfast or other times. The breakfast was served outside which was ok although the birds were a nuisance. Plenty of quantity but definitely lacking quality. Service was very hit and miss, and the waiters were very inexperienced. Breakfast was included in our room rate but we didn’t risk it on the second day and we ate elsewhere which was a shame that we had to.
Nice swimming pool area, and the hotel curtaining has a good modern vibe.
On check out the couple in front of us, checking out had received a free room upgrade but were complaining that they were being charged for it!, So we also checked our invoice - we didn’t get an upgrade but we were being over charged for other things!! If we hadn’t noticed I am absolutely certain the hotel wouldn’t have got in touch! Apparently they had a software problem.
As long-standing Accor members, we expect better.

Checked in for a one night stay in a deluxe premier room. Room is very clean, new and functional. The hotel itself is swanky, very appealing indeed. Bed was cosy and comfortable. Water pressure in bathroom is strong and consistent. Staff is helpful, efficient and cheerful-looking. Breakfast in Eden was adequate. Would suggest an inclusion of maybe 2 dim sum items to make the breakfast spread more complete. As an Accor Gold member, I am very delighted to receive a box of macarons accompanied by a hand written note from the front office manager, Mr Mike Loi. Kudos to the team for making our stay a pleasant and memorable one. Highly recommend Pullman Singapore Orchard for its highly functional rooms and good location in the heart of Orchard Road.

Overall, I thought the rooms were quite well appointed, and the bed was comfortable, although we had some insect bites during the night.
Room cleanliness leaves much to be desired, however. There was a plastic wrapper in the room, multiple stains on the carpet and the sinks and there was some kind of stain on the toilet ceiling. Toilet sink drains the water very slowly.
check-in was quick and I appreciated the room upgrade and generous late check-out until 1.30pm given by Gladys .
Regarding hardware, 2 treadmills were out of order during our stay
There was a nice decoration and cake with fruits and macarons for the national day.

Would I return? Probably yes, at a certain price, to experience the offerings of the executive club lounge

Service was very slow and bad.
Checking out was very slow and we had a flight to catch
They promised technology, everything was so old.
The first night we arrive at 10, the restaurant closes at 11 and the bar tender don’t even want to give us a glass of wine.
We are Accor members and don’t have priority.
Breakefast was terrible an expensive
The cleaning service was terrible
The rooms are very small.
Never staying at a Pullman again

The king size bed should be based on US size. They are certainly not local size (which would be smaller). The size would be sufficient for sharing with a 3 year old with the adults having an average size.
