The newly opened hotel has everything one would want in a hotel — from super tidy rooms to metro stations, grocery stores and food spots that are quite near & open past midnight.
You can find FairPrice right opposite to the hotel and Seven-11 (opened 24/7) right opposite to FairPrice. You can also find plenty of food spots just a few blocks away, including McDonald’s, Burger King, and Subway, which are all halal friendly.
The major tourist spots are not too far from the hotel and it is easy to get around. Lavendar MRT Station is at 3 mins walk. Bendemeer MRT Station is at 6 mins walk.
The hotel is super tidy and always smells nice. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Special shoutout to Clarice for always being there and helping me with the know-how of the city!
Although you may find the rooms quite small with no good views out the window, they are all pretty well maintained as well.
Regarding the noticeable improvements that the hotel has room for:
The rooms are a bit pricey and pretty small. There are no side tables, no desks or chairs. So you only get to eat food and work from the beds provided.
The TVs only have a few channels, but having support for YouTube had me covered with entertainment for the most part.
The views right outside the windows are not very attractive but I liked that the large windows let the sunlight in.
Overall, my stay at Beverly Hotel Elements has been amazing and I’d definitely stay there again with no second thought.
P.S. If anyone can help and tell me the name of the scent they use in their corridors and reception, I’d be very thankful. :)

Very small room with a serious lack of amenities like power outlet in the bathroom, in-room kettle, breakfast, or reasonable shower. Don't expect 4 star standard. Near to the Lavender MRT with no much attractions in a walking distance. But affordable price, Fair Price superstore, and nearby cafes and fast food restaurants can forgive everything.

I knew the rooms were tiny but as it should have only been for sleeping in, didn't matter.
However, what did matter was that they were pulling (Literally) the building attached to the hotel down, which was terrifying to experience as it felt like the hotel could collapse at any time. Sadly, NOT an exaggeration.
Zero soundproofing between rooms but beds were certainly comfortable enough and bathroom had everything you could need. Mall and transport very nearby.
Ok for the price.

Unbeatable location. Super quiet, good wifi, comfortable bed, free water dispenser. Very clean and modern.
Small place, to be contrasted to the V hotel monstrosity a block over that has a thousand+rooms, many occupied by 4 or 5 people. Like Las vegas without the casino.
Beverly is small and intimate. Many complaints about how small the rooms are. We have a Deluxe Room, about $11 more, with a storage rack and we have two large suitcases but not a problem fitting them if standing up. If you ned room to spread out stay elsewhere.
I have two gripes:
A) the ref is TINY and has no freezer (we like to make ice every day) , negative 1 star right there. Upgrade the fridges!
B) The window shades are teh pull down types but there is a gap between the two so it gets bright very early. Should eb replaced witha single shade that is doublewide to keep room dark.
Also, the rooftop terrace is closed and when I inquired I was told some safety issue and they'll open it when its resolved. They also demand a 50SING deposit which they hold 3 to 4 weks after checkout before refunding to your card.
There is no restaurant either.

Beverley Hotels Elements is a good budget hotel located conveniently near the Lavender MRT station (MRT= Singapore's subway/metro) which is on the green line that comes from the airport. It is not far from Little India, Kampong Glam, Geyalng. East Coast Beach, Marina Bay and Singapore City centre.
The staff were helpful and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours at the hotel after we arrived from the airport early in the morning, before the check in time of 2pm, and after checkout (checkout time is by 12pm) before it was time for us to go to the airport.
The twin room was clean but very small, barely big enough for 2 beds, but that is ok for just a couple of days stay. The room had an en suite shower/toilet and sink and a small fridge. The tap water is safe to drink from the tap.
The hotel was quiet when we stayed (April 7-8, 2024). Some other reviews mention noise from a demolition site beside the hotel but that site had already been demolished and no work was being done on it when we stayed there.
The hotel does not serve breakfast but there are a lot of eating places nearby such as restaurants in shopping centre (Burger King, MacDonalds, Subway and others), a food court, an Indian Muslim restaurant, a coffee shop with a vegetarian stall amongst other things. A lot of god and cheap food around. There is a supermarket across the road from the hotel that opens from 7am to 11pm. There are medical clinics and dentists nearby if you need them.

Was excited to finally be in Singapore for a week. Arrived at the hotel and oddly they have you sign a separate form stating any stains or marks on towels and linens you will be charged for. Opened the door to the room and yes it’s kinda shocking how small and cramped it is. The toilets in the shower which I might add the shower wall is etched glass so if somebody else is using the toilet you the person in the room can see. Also if they use the fan and light that lights up the entire room. Next to the bed is the sink, an I’m talking less then an arms length. So within an arms length you can poop, shower, and shave and lay down because that’s all the room you have. You can hear people peeing in the toilet from any adjacent room or showering or coughing for that matter. Back to the sheets, obviously I always check to make sure they are clean regardless but these had fluid stains and pretty much every linen in the place did. I took photos and brought it to the desk because I didn’t want to be charged. Apparently stains are just a common thing. Night came and arrived back in the room and turned off the lights to find it pretty much seemed like daylight still. Right outside the window is a light pole with a gazillion watt light shining in. I took a pic inside the room and outside of the street light. I brought that to the front desk and with a happy reply he said “that’s a street light issue, not a hotel issue so nothing we can do about it.” I asked if we could just get a refund and we would gladly leave but he said “when you signed into day you committed to the full stay.” His idgas attitude spoke volumes. We already spent our maximum budget for a hotel so we packed up and headed to the airport. I was not about to spend a week in a place you can sleep with workers who have zero care for customer care. Bottom line, take your business elsewhere and you will probably be happier. I’m a disabled combat veteran and don’t have a lot of extra money laying around so I just wanted to enjoy myself which this place tried hard to ruin. We did file a complaint with the Singapore hotel association and credit card company.

We only spent one night there (we left the next day); excellent location: everything nearby: bus stop - MRT convenient and above all direct to reach Changi Airport (just a change of platform), supermarket, food court and small restaurants.
Two tangerines offered for the Chinese New Year.
The room is small, clean and pleasant, bright, the bedding is comfortable. The bathroom (huge shower and WC) the sink is in the bedroom, with little storage, everything is optimized (safe) A water dispenser available in the hallway.
The staff is extremely friendly, very professional - we love having real contacts -. It should be noted that we had left various items of clothing, ((no more room in the suitcases)) we were still at reception, that the bellboy came to bring them back!!
Afterwards, the building adjoining the hotel was demolished and there was noise from the construction site, but this is Singapore and it’s common! Construction timetables are well respected and only start at 9:30 a.m.
If we return to Singapore, we could come back there, and the enlargement/extension will be a plus for this accommodation.
