We stayed 3 nights and had a great time in every respect.

The Deluxe room with balcony is functional and equipped with every comfort, we very much appreciated that the toilet was separated from the shower and sink.

The hotel also provides a tap for drinking water so as to avoid plastic and in our case fill the water bottle for excursions to discover the city.
The attention to sustainability is noticeable in every detail.

The staff was always available and ready for any of our needs, the breakfasts are rich and international, we were spoiled for choice.

The location is great because it is very well connected by public transport to both the center of Singapore and Sentosa Island.

To top it all off, there’s an outdoor rooftop pool with a view, great especially after a warm day in the city.

Nothing special everything is new simple hotel, but efficient a little out of the center but very well served with various bus lines right in front of the hotel for info go buy a bus card at the metro station right next door and recharge it the disadvantage is it's complicated to see what you have left on your room card, very small, with large luggage, the breakfast buffet is small but varied. We still don't find anything there. Be careful not to trust the photos of the swimming pool because the terrace is very small. Maximum five people in the swimming pool no more because very small as I said, the rooms are small, but well organized no hairdryer for hotel info, advise for 1, visiting Singapore good value for money

Pension that met our needs because well located. The welcome is simple, fast, operational. The service especially at Breakfast is efficient. The Award is reasonable, considering that Singapore is expensive.
The room with balcony is worth it, especially in the evening to recover heat.
The Pension Bus Stop and the Metro Station are 150 m away and provide quick and affordable access to all parts of the city.
The Breakfast Room is a little too small compared to the number of guests who show up around 9:30.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It’s close to Mount Faber and surrounded by trees, so the atmosphere is cool and comfortable.
• Hotel Room:
The room isn’t very big, but I had a balcony facing Mount Faber. It was so refreshing that I even fell asleep in the balcony chair. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom has separate toilet and shower areas. There’s also tap water for refilling drinking bottles. Every corner is so aesthetic!
• Hotel Facilities:
The rooftop pool is great—perfect for a swim in the late afternoon. For breakfast, there’s a nice variety, and the menu changes every day.
• Staff:
All the staff were friendly and welcoming.
• Access:
Right in front of the hotel, there’s a bus stop and a crossing path. Just one bus ride, and you’ll reach Harbourfront MRT and Vivo Mall. It’s very close to USS and Sentosa.

It’s a great choice to stay here, especially if you’re planning to visit USS and Sentosa or if you want a staycation in Singapore without the hustle and bustle of the city center.

Dear Rini, The Hotel Team is humbled and grateful to receive your kind words for our hotel. Our hotel is an impeccable choice for retreat amidst the scenic Mount Faber surrounded by greenery. Additionally, we are also very well located in close proximity to Vivocity shopping mall and Sentosa (Universal Studio) for plenty of fun-filled and exciting activities. We are heartened to hear that you had enjoyed our well designed rooms, lovely rooftop swimming pool, excellent breakfast and the warm service from our staff. It has been such a pleasure to have provided you with a memorable staycation experience, and we certainly look forward to welcoming you back soon! Warm Regards, Roland Guest Experience Executive

Location
- just 1 kilometer from Vivocity mall, which is the largest mall in Singapore. Love shopping, dining and walking along the harbor there. Vivocity mall itself is just a boardwalk away from Sentosa - totally walkable for those who like walking.
- for transportation, bus stop's right in front, while the nearest subway station, Telok Blangah MRT station is 450 meters (crossing two roads) away.
- the nearest convenience store is probably at Shell Petrol/Gas station 10 metres away.

View & Staff's help
- back of hotel faces Mt Faber, but if you're on a lower floor, you're gonna be facing the courtyard of the Tamil Methodist Church and Foresta@Mount Faber, the condominium building behind which is a five/six-stories high building
- felt uncomfortable staring into people's balconies and apartments less than 100 meters away, so called the front desk and the lovely Indian staff brought me to see two other unoccupied rooms on a higher floor
- would definitely prefer the view of the Reflections condominium 300m away / old Keppel golf course 50m away/ even the highway 15m away. The smooth traffic sounds from the highway were just like white noises in the background.

Size & breakfast area
- yup, it's small. Already written clearly on its website that it's 15sqm, and it was the exact same layout as the Travelodge Hotel (also under Accor group) opposite Vivocity. I guess most new hotels, with modern decor and amenities, and in good locations with a slightly better price... have rooms this size.
- breakfast's available in the lobby - which looked like it could only sit max 50 people packed next to each other? Would prefer to walk out and try all the fun local cuisines. Seah Im Food Centre's just 750m away!

Noisy?
- yea, you could hear other rooms, but it's just normal for smaller hotels.

Dear Mary, It means a lot to us to hear that you had a great stay in our hotel and that our accessible location had met your needs as a traveller. Other than Telok Blangah/Harbourfront MRT, there is a bus stop near our doorstep which provides direct access to Vivocity and city center. We are also located near to Sentosa Island which is one of the biggest attractions in Singapore! We look forward to welcoming you back for another great stay with us! My wife & I stayed here for 3 nights in late February in their superior double room. The room is small and while it has a separate shower and toilet, the basin is in the main room and in our view not ideal. There is very little space between the bed and a fixed floor floor stand ( see picture) which means you have to be very careful to avoid banging your feet and legs - particularly if you are tall and/or large. Maybe a solution would be to have a smaller bed. There is virtually no storage space which means you have to live out of your luggage. While the large floor to ceiling window was very good it would be even better if there was muslin nets as well as the main curtains - which would provide a little more privacy during the day. The positives are; superb location due to the bus stop being right outside the hotel entrance and just 400m to a Metro stop, good and varied breakfast, friendly & helpful staff, while limited TV channels , if you have an account you can use Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube. Clean room, very good bed and lighting. The location and other positives outweighs the smallness of the room, however, if I were to return to Singapore in the future I would look for a larger room.

We booked double room for 2 adults and 1 kids. I travel a lot and this is my 3rd trip to Singapore. The double room was too small, maybe suitable for a single person or couple with 1 bag. Even 1 of our suitcases couldn't be opened and we had 3 bags as it was out 3rd country in 2 weeks ..
Bathroom and toilet is also quite small but manageable as long as you don't stretch.
These room really can't be given to families or they need to have sign in bold - small room. Pics on site do not do it justice
We had to upgrade just to make space for our luggage. Not good for families.

Staff, service and location was excellent. Not a single complaint would rate them 5 stars

Dear Ashish, We are disappointed by your review despite your 5 star compliments for our staff and location. As Singapore is pretty small, all buildings (including hotels across our city) are affected by the land constraint, which results in generally more compact configuration of hotel rooms. The description and size of our rooms are accurately indicated on our booking platforms for our guests to make informed choices. Guests can also consider our Deluxe rooms with just a small top up fee if they prefer bigger room size. It is also not realistic to compare hotels across different countries that have such wide disparity in land size. The Hotel Team looks forward to be of service to you again. Warm Regards, Roland Guest Experience Executive

I’m not sure how this hotel gets good reviews . The rooms are tiny and location away from central key attractions . Staff were helpful but we left as nothing like a 4 star hotel. Good if you are getting the ferry bit otherwise far better in more downtown central location you can walk to things from .

We spent around ten days in this hotel last January: it is a hotel with modern decoration and comfortable bedding. The bus stop is at the foot of the hotel and the metro station is also close to go to the Vivocity shopping center (practical because the hotel is a little out of the way and there is not much around). For the negative points, we did not have a good view because we were just on the first floor with a view directly onto the street/ring road and otherwise the insulation is very average (you can sometimes hear the TV from the other rooms and the sounds of people chatting late in the hallway, the sound of water flowing through the pipes, etc.). However, the staff is very welcoming and attentive so our experience was pleasant!

They assigned me a noisy room where the ventilation system kept making sounds, making it impossible to sleep. There was also a constant unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. The next day, I switched rooms, but it was just as bad—there was no soundproofing at all, and it felt like the neighbors were talking right next to my ear. The drainage system was even worse; water from other rooms flowed through my room, creating constant water noise.
The hotel is located in a remote area with no convenience stores or restaurants nearby. It takes at least half an hour by bus to get anywhere.
