Back to this hotel after 4 years. 1st one was good and this 2nd staycation was even better. Booked a Deluxe Room via Agoda and to our surprise, we got a complimentary upgrade to Club Room given by Service Staff Ms Logeswary. Thank you!
Checked was quick and smooth! My son loves the swimming pool. The room was clean and comfortable and came with complimentary mini bars! Will definitely return for a 3rd stay!

After multiple past visit to Singapore, tried Rendezvous Hotel based on favorable TA review + pricing. After mentioning preference for "best view possible in price category" on booking, was disappointed in that aspect of my first room (an x39 room), but much more satisfied after front desk kindly assented to my request for a room move (to an x02 room) on my second day. Room fixtures & amenities were very comfortable and well maintained and location is convenient to both MTR and downtown/tourist areas.

The title says it all, we enjoyed breakfast with a great mix of local and continental food - that was worth paying for as we were also up early with jet lag. The reception is stylish and nice to be in, albeit small. There is a courtyard but it’s not inuse by the hotel so looks rundown.... which is a shame as we have a toddler who could have used a run around. The room was a good size, it was deluxe and fitted the baby bed well. However the carpet was old and could have been cleaned better, especially noticeable as I spent a lot of time in the room and on the floor with the kid.
We upgraded on arrival for the late checkout/hop on bus/bigger room/breakfast package for $50 per night and can recommend that. The bus was good and air conditioned.
The pool was great and the jacuzzi was hot! Hurray!!
Down side was no kid play area. Otherwise good. Only 30 mins walk to the marina sands area.

We arrived quite late about 21:30 and were shown to the 11th floor to be checked in. The lady first of all offered us what I thought was an upgrade to a room I had tried to book but was not available, but then she said we had to pay extra plus an extra $100 to check out a couple of hours later. We were not even offered a welcome drink and she kept going off to ‘speak to her boss about the price’. In the end we declined and were shown to our ‘refurbished room which had no view a dirty carpet and damage to the cupboard and door. We went out and on our return we had been upgraded to the room we had initially been asked to pay for. But even so the shower was very dirty. Due to being out and about in the city for a couple of days we could not take advantage of the free cocktails and food and were not really given any details about it. Breakfast on the 11th floor was poor - you are better to go downstairs to eat. We left our bags and went out for the day we were told there was a room we could shower in on our return but when we came back we found out it was the swimming pool shower - no towels were provided even though we asked so we ended up changing into our going home clothes without showereing, we were very disappointed, so they provided us with a bottle of wine and a free taxi to the airport. We paid £300 for 2 nights so didn’t think it was good value for money. Maybe better to just go for one of the standard rooms which were about £70 a night. The hotel is right next to a metro station which is great and near Raffles hotel. The staff were generally helpful in trying to resolve things but really when you are paying this sort of money it should be correct at the start.

We apologize for the less than impressive arrival experience where the service and assigned room should have been made available and the benefits explained. It is also disconcerting to read that the room assigned had defects which should not have been the case. Our shower facilities are indeed at the gymnasium and this should have been better articulated - having said that I am embarrassed that there were not towels which did not enable you to take a shower before leaving. I booked for a one night stopover going to Australia & again for one night on the return trip. A club room is good value (by Singapore standards) as you get breakfast & the cocktail session with drinks & buffet included in the evening, the option of a 16:00 hours check out was a great help for my night flight. Staff are all great & helpful. Oddly enough although I booked the same junior suite for both nights the second room was not as good as the first. Would use again for stopover.

One month in a Room with a View: If you had to be in a luxurious "home away from home," this couldn't be better. I felt like a queen for a month with my breakfasts delivered promptly at 8 a.m., my room cleaned and maintained daily, and a staff that did everything they could to make my month long "layover" a pleasant and workable environment. The night before I left they brought me chocolates and cookies with a card and gifts to say goodbye. I know we are in the time of the Coronavirus but this hotel took every precaution while making their guests their focus. Thank you everyone! I love you Singapore!

We recently stayed 6 nights at this wonderful hotel. From the moment we walked into the hotel and 6 am, we were warmly greeted. I had requested an early check in not thinking we would probably have a room before noon, but they were able to check us in by 8:00 am. We had made a reservation for the Club level rooms so we were able to wait in the club room upstairs before our room was ready. Lillian served us tea and coffee while we waited and also told us to please help ourselves to any of the breakfast foods that were available. The hotel is in an excellent location. There is a bus stop on one side of the hotel, and an MRT station on the other side. We had breakfast on the 11th floor as part of the price of our room. There were many choices every morning including delicious cut up fruit, yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausage, lo mein, dim sum, and fresh bread and croissants. Besides the great service from Lillian, Sophia and Kiki went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I also want to say that we were there shortly after the Covid 19 cases were first reported in Singapore. We felt reassured at this hotel. They took our temperatures before checking us in. There was also hand sanitizer pump bottles on every floor near the elevator, and our room was spotlessly clean. We have been home for several weeks and we are disease free. Singapore in general, took this threat very seriously and we felt safe visiting this lovely city.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Rendezvous Hotel and will gladly go back. The location is ideal for sightseeing, both on foot and via public transportation.
I was happy to have a Club Floor room. Breakfast, access to the lounge throughout the day, drinks and snacks in the evening, laundry of two items per day included – it all made my stay that much more enjoyable. The people who work at the hotel are uniformly nice and helpful, including Sofia and Kathleen at the Club Floor lounge.
Some of the common areas look a bit worn around the edges, but I understand some refurbishment is in the works. The two rooms I saw were both very nice and up-to-date (not much drawer space, a minor point). The fitness room is unremarkable but gets the job done, and the pool area looks nice.

This hotel is very well placed near train stations, bus stops, and plenty of places to eat near by. Little India, Marina, etc are all within 30 minutes if you like to walk. We stayed for 3 nights from 30/01/2020. Rooms are fair size, clean, comfy double bed and no noise. Reception staffs and all other staff service is very good and polite. After our stay we went away to other near by country and returned back to Singapore 10 a.m. on 13/02/2020 as our flight back home was at 9 p.m. The hotel allowed us to keep our suitcases as compliment (free) while we did shopping on our last day. We would recommend this hotel to any one. Rates per night are value for money compared to other 4 plus star hotel in the area. Thanks Rendezvous.

The location could not have been better with access to public transport outside the front door and within easy walking distance of many of the city highlights. The Club facilities were very good. All of the staff, particularly those in the Club area, were especially helpful and friendly. The presentation of the ground floor facilities was excellent but the rest of the hotel was a bit "tired" looking and in need of refurbishment when compared to many of the newer hotels available at similar cost in Singapore.
