My stay at Rendezvous hotel is super amazing! I stayed for 6D6N and I enjoyed it so much that it felt like time passed by so quickly. Amenities were sufficient for my week's stay. Bed and pillows were super comfy, room is clean and spacious. The toilet seat has heating so I didn't have to worry about having to go in the middle of the night. Room has lots of storage and power sockets - i could charge all my devices at once! It's not noisy at all, I slept soundly even during the day. The free wifi is really fast!
And tap water is safe to drink! The bathroom has ample hanging space for towels. The shower area has a ledge to place toiletries and even a clothesline which can be stowed away when not in use. Sink area also has space for toiletries and skincare products. Bathroom is very clean.
Receptionist Kiki is super kind and wonderful - she checks in on me to see if I'm doing ok and asked if I needed anything. It was super sweet of her and made my stay even more enjoyable!
Thankyou Rendezvous for making my stay and recovery super pleasant! Highly recommend others to stay here 😊

Kudos to the front desk officer Kevin for being friendly and providing excellent customer service.
Location of the hotel is ideal being walking distance from Orchard.
However, the room was not cleaned properly. There were stains on the tables and in the fridge's compartment. Especially during this Covid-19 pandemic, the hotel should step up their housekeeping standards.

Have stayed here twice now, and have found the hotel to be very comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and accomodating when checking in at 3am.
It’s located right on the doorstep of Bencoolen MRT station, and has a bus stop right outside the entrance.
It has a 7-eleven, coffee shop, Mexican restaurant and cafe attached to the building. Further food option can be found across the road (Food Republic, Starbucks, Pizza, Subway, etc)
Hotel has a pool and spa that can be used until 10pm.
Highly recommended.

I am a PWD person on a motorised wheelchair and I am pleased with the room that had been assigned to me...the room #329 assigned is wide enough for me to parked my wheelchair without obstructing the way to the toilet. The toilet is very well equipped with grap bars and also a flip down chair which is well thought for person with disabilities. The swimming pool is also very friendly towards disabilities people as it come with steps entering to the pool. The only downside is the main pool water is too cold whereas the jacuzzi pool water is just right for the temperature. The club room is quite spacious for me to enter with my wheelchair.I would like to thank the staff Elijah for going the extra mile in making my stay a comfortable one and try to accommodate to my request for late checkout. I would definitely recommend ppl to this hotel and I'll definitely be back.

Kathleen and Sofia and the rest of the staff in the Club Lounge treat you as a long lost treasured family member and nothing is too much trouble. The executive room on the 11th floor was very good, clean & spacious. The special dining area on this floor was managed superbly by Marjorie & her team, who attended to our needs in a professional manner, ensuring our stay was made very comfortable . The evening cocktails were excellent as an aperitif prior to settling for the night. The free laundry facility was an added bonus that provided fresh, clean clothes to be used. The train station is literally steps away from the door of the hotel, which made getting around the city very easy. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, my wife & I enjoyed every minute of it.
