I served to stay home order in the Rendezvous hotel. Being confined in a single room for 14 days can be depressing for anyone, but the hotel staffs were really amazing. They made every effort to keep me comfortable. They sent plenty of nice food and lots of fruit. They were very caring, tried to accommodate every single need of mine. Few names require special mention Manoharan, Gary, Kevin, and Sofia. Thanks guys for looking after me during this difficult time.Hope to see you again when we return to a peaceful time.

The Rendezvous Hotel on Bras Basah Street (there is another of the same name on or near Orchard Street) provides a good experience at a (for Singapore) moderate rate. We booked via online and didn't expect to get early check in. Staff was very helpful in finding a room for us. Room is big and well maintenance. Location is connected with MRT but a bit far from other connection. Staff were very supportive and think over to fulfil the guests. We called operator to inform to clean the room, our phone line was not clear so Operator called Engineer to come at the same time to replace our phone without asking. That's beyond expectation and impressive!

We enjoyed our stay at Rendezvous Hotel Singapore. It was in a great location close to restaurants and the subway station. We were able to get a late checkout at 6:00 pm which was necessary since we had a 9:00 pm flight. The breakfast was a great variety and very tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for a night prior to a cruise from Singapore. Fantastically located, a short taxi ride from the airport and an even shorter ride to the cruise terminal. Surrounded by shops and nightclubs, has convenience store and shops in the same complex. The restaurant is Muslim and doesn't serve alcohol but they will bring your meals into the hotel bar where you can enjoy them along with something from the bar! Comfortable, well priced, well located, would be happy to return - well recommended.

Opted for isolation and was posted here. The room surpassed all my expectations - bright, very well-maintained, comfortable bed with thick duvet. Surprisingly good soundproofing. Air purifier that works. And I was glad that the toilet was spanking clean (better than some 5 star hotels in Singapore). They even provided a brand new toilet brush (wrapped) and Cif. Best of all was the daily call from Simie, the front desk officer. On my first day she called 3x just to make sure everything’s ok. Requests were promptly attended to and questions answered. I’m thankful for all the care and concern. Thank you Simie. I’d gladly recommend this hotel for its location, good rooms and great service.

Most taxi drivers don't know Rendezvous hotel, though it is right there where Orchard road turns into Bras Basah road. Large size, art deco style. It is a very comfortable hotel. Just renovated. We had a nice quiet room overlooking the pool. The housekeeping is good. Straits Cafe where we had breakfast was fine. Staff here too were excellent. The hotel is a few minutes from two different MRT lines. A bust stop is right outside. So you can go to any part of this great city pretty easily. Plaza Singapura a huge mall is 10 minutes away to eat and shop to your heart's content. Overall a great hotel. Just don't tell anyone. We don't want it to be over crowded and increase their prices now, do we?

We had a fantastic stay at the Rendezvous Hotel this September. The location was fantastic (just a 1-2 minute fully sheltered walk to Bencoolen MRT station) and also very close to Dhoby Ghaut and Bras Basah MRT stations. The staff were very warm and friendly and helped us out with our luggages at check-in. The check-in process was quick and smooth and Logeswary was very kind to give us a surprise upgrade to the Club room on the 17th floor even though the hotel was almost fully booked just after the F1 weekend. We would like to express our thanks and gratitude to Logeswary and all the hotel staff who made our stay so much more pleasant and enjoyable.
