I called the sales office for some property information before arrival. This lady kept asking for my name and company name even I told her it's for family event. She treated me like some sort of spy... I meant... I only want to know the hours of the restaurant and if the suite can be connected to another standard room!!! Property looks like it hasn't been renovated since 1980! Carpet smells weird, and curtain is sooo dirty!
I love the hotel, neat and clean rooms are good and we have all luxury as arrangements there. We have live musical performances in evening, vegetarian food is also available in it. Buffet was good and have vegan diet as well.
I stayed here for 3 days and my overall experience was one of the worst hotel experiences in the lifetime. The wifi didn’t work for all 3 days. Hotel staff is the worst. They are non-cooperative and useless. Hotel staff is super rude and can make your holiday experience terrible. The rooms have a foul smell all the times. There is zero ventilation in the hotel rooms. Room size is the smallest you can imagine while the washroom has size for one person to stand without moving three steps. I would like to highly discourage anyone and everyone to book your stay here since it will the worst kind of experience you can have so unless you have absolutely no other option, do not stay here.
A hotel which me and my wife would never recommend, if you are on honeymoon or even with family. Various reasons listed below: 1) The rooms are always cold when you enter the room. AC is quite strong even on a low mode as during the raining season it gives you chills. 2) If you opt for a superior room, i.e. the basic one, it does not have a exhaust system at all. Windows do not open. I don’t know about the other type of rooms. 3) The room size is small, but this is for most of the hotels in Singapore. 4) There is always a stale smell in the morning, guessed due the improper exhaust system on the floor. 5) If you are vegetarian or even your wife, children are veggies, suggest you to take a hotel in Little India. As you will various indian restaurants. In Marlow hotel you will be able to eat only bread and butter. You can opt for Park Royal Hotel at the same range but the other group members said it was a better option and it was in Little India with Mustafa at its backside. Hop this review helps the travellers coming to singapore…
