The room was acceptable it had tea and coffee making facilities had all we needed, breakfast was just acceptable in the choices available, it was close to bus stop,but a long way from train station. This would not stop me from staying again but would probably try somewhere else next time for a different experience.
Travelled to Singapore first time thru Thomas cook. This hotel is worst ever and night mare. Never ever book this hotel. The staff at reception Mason and the lady are extremely I'll mannered. I had my relative injured so requested for a room lil earlier that check in time. They refused . They have no human touch at all. The piano longue - we ordered some tea. My son was tired so he slept on the sofa ...the staff came and said he cannot sleep here and they were very rude in making people leave. Hopeless and very unprofessional and cleanliness in restroon is crazily bad and ugly. My mistake that I trusted Thomas cook who selected this hotel for us. Theywill loose their business soon and customers if they keep dumping their clients at hotel Marlo in Singapore. Pathetic experience…
we stayed with quality marlow for almost 3-4 days , but was very dissapointed with the behaviour of the staffs especially the front office . the guys at front office behaved really rude to my wife as she told them there was some problem with the wifi . she was asked to come again and again to front office and inspite of telling them that we were with kids and its difficult to come again and again to front office to sort the wifi issue . the guy literally shouted at my wife , we were just about to call the police when another front office lady named shanti and offered apologies . even i was denied to meet the general manager and they asked me to find him by searching the website. i do not understand being in the hospitality industry how could a hotel hire such people who dont…
Front office staff is very rude and unhelpful especially the women.Too small rooms,hardly any restaurant available & one which is available closes by 10 pm. No concierge or porter services available.Limited breakfast buffet spread especially eggs.
This hotel is far from how it looks in the photos. The hotel staff is also not polite at all and given a choice, please prefer any other hotel. There is some problem in the taps which always gives hot water irrespective whether u want it or not. Even when u choose cold water, the taps still gives hot water. I stayed here for 3 days and would recommend you to go to any other hotel but not this one.
