Hotel aesthetics was great, it felt that your one with nature. We got a good deal as it was my birthday and as a pan pacific member, I was offered discount with free breakfast and I booked / stayed for 3 nights. Hotel location was great , situated in the orchard area, convenient for walking going to ion and other shops. I must say, I was over the moon and very comfortable with their bed and pillows, soft , cosy and it felt really good to sleep. The hotel provides diptyque toiletries and lotions as well. In house gym was superb , well maintained and equipments were complete and very modern. Pool was wide and has a bar which you can enjoy poolside. Finally, buffet breakfast was superb, plenty of choices and great value for money. Definitely, will go back here and truly have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Will recommend to other travellers.

After a great deal of deliberation we decided that the new Pan Pacific on Orchard was the place for my wife and 2 daughters to spend a few days of R&R. I was flying in from Europe and the girls were meeting me from Australia. Of course as is often the case, our flights were delayed - I arrived ahead of the family. After some confusion with our reservation Sinaysh of guest services came to my rescue. My wife had all the paperwork but Sinaysh took me under his wing seeing as I looked like trash after a terrible long haul flight.
He took my bags and marched me to an upgraded balcony room overseeing the swimming pool. it was incredible.
Then as my wife and daughters arrived hours after midnight he made sure there was a room ready for them and allowed them to get into it early to get some rest.
I cannot express how grateful and thankful I was to stumble upon Sinaysh who went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my wife and daughters were escorted straight to a beautiful big suite.
It’s this customer care that makes a trip memorable and I was moved to write this review out of sheer gratitude.
This new Pan Pacific on Claymore just around the corner from Orchard is absolutely amazing. We were spoilt to a room upgrade with a swimming pool balcony and settee area.
My daughters went crazy at the breakfast buffet and the proximity to the Orchard shopping strip meant that there was plenty of retail therapy and a gastronomic feast of choices to dine for lunch and dinner.
The swimming pool is absolutely incredible. There are rooms that have their own sunken lounges into the pool !!!!
But still it was the amazing customer experience that made this such a memorable trip for us.
I cannot recommend a stay here enough and ask for Sinaysh who is an absolute ambassador of customer service - he will look after you like royalty.

We were fortunate to have the opportunity to spend 6 child free days in Singapore. Recently opened I chose the hotel due to the fact it was close to Orchard MTR station and we had previously had a great experience staying at the Pan Pacific in London. We were not disappointed by our choice. The staff welcomed us like they already knew us and couldn’t have done anything more than they did. The check in was quick and we were given a balcony room on the 21st floor. This was well equipped and comfortable. There was a mini bar, Nespresso coffee machine and iron. We liked the day bed on the balcony and used it to good effect. We had access to the Pacific Club Lounge and enjoyed excellent breakfast, afternoon tea and drinks/small plates in the evening. Edlyn and Lorenzo were very helpful and we also were well looked after by Raj and Claudine. We also ate breakfast some days in the Mosella restaurant where the selection was excellent, there were no queues and the staff looked after us well. We only used the swimming pool once but it was of a good size and was in the style of a beach. We would 100% recommend this hotel as a great choice for either a short break or business stay. Our only complaint was the room lacked storage space to allow us to unpack our clothes but this was only a small niggle and we managed to cope. The room attendants were also great and by the time we came back from breakfast each day, the room had been refreshed and towels were changed and bed turned down each evening. The lounge experience was something was well worth the additional small cost.

Upon arrival I was assigned 1201. The wifi wouldn't accept my room and number once I was in the room and after some deliberations told I had to move to another room, 1202, which was a downgrade from the 1201 room which I thought was nice and had been given owing to my status. I asked why the wifi wouldn't work and the person told me "the system has glitched" and there was nothing he could do about it.
When I tried to turn off the lights around 10pm in 1202, they wouldn't go off. Three phone calls and two hours later I was told that there was nothing to be done and I had to move to 1203. I asked why I couldn't have 1201 back and was told that the person who checked me in had written it down incorrectly. That's obvious rubbish because the room key worked and I was in the room when I worked out the wifi wasn't working.
When I went to turn off the lights in 1203 on the Monday night they failed again to go off so I had to wait 20 minutes for engineering who came up, repeatedly jiggled the switch and told me that sometimes the system hangs. As a species, we've nailed light switches so why your hotel hasn't is a mystery. Thankfully the lights went off but the lighting system in the room is baffling, hard to read and for some reason, doesn't always work.
Someone somewhere lied to me. If you're going to tell lies, make them good ones, not obviously disprovable ones.
The staff lied to me for absolutely no reason other than to avoid drama. Either that's a failure in training or the hotel management doesn't handle mistakes very well. Everything was someone else's fault. I'll take honesty and an apology any day.
It is a nice hotel with some lovely design features and a striking exterior. The pool looked great and the rooms themselves very comfortable if fitted with a failure-prone light switch. The staff were slow to deal with problems and when they did deal with them, it was poorly-handled.
It's a new hotel, I get it. But things aren't yet open (like the spa, which they promote heavily before you arrive) and honesty seems in short supply.
The location is fine if you're going to stick around Orchard Rd but be aware that crossing Orchard Road requires going through various underpasses which are disorienting and difficult to navigate. Its proximity to the MRT is good and Grab cars turned up very promptly when booked.
One day this might be a good hotel with the service to match. I don't think I'll be back to find out, though, I value sleep and sanity more highly than a funky hotel room.

My stay at this hotel in Singapore left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the hotel boasts an amazing location and impeccable design that's truly impressive. However, my overall satisfaction was marred by several details that need improvement.
One major drawback was the lackluster service I experienced at the reception and breakfast restaurant. The staff at the breakfast restaurant didn't come across as friendly at all, except for the dedicated chef preparing breakfast eggs in the open kitchen area. While I appreciated the effort of the chef, it couldn't make up for the overall service experience.
Speaking of breakfast, I was disappointed by the limited selection of food options, especially for a hotel claiming to be 5-stars. To my surprise, they didn't even offer regular yogurt; instead, the only choice available was an alternative vegetarian yogurt.
Turning to the room, the design and the view were indeed remarkable. However, the size of the room was noticeably small. What's more, the thin walls allowed me to hear conversations outside my room and even the sound of water running when guests in the room above used the toilet. But the most annoying issue was the mini fridge in the room, which emitted a constant and loud noise, resembling a broken jet engine, accompanied by disruptive shaking noises in cycles.
In conclusion, despite the hotel's great location and impressive design, my stay left much to be desired. Considering the issues with service, breakfast options, room size, noise, and the disruptive fridge, I believe there are better 5-star hotels to choose from in Singapore.

Upon entering the Pan Pacific Orchard Singapore, one is immediately embraced by a tranquil oasis amidst the vibrant Orchard Road. The juxtaposition of serenity against the bustling street outside creates a truly relaxing ambiance.
Credit is undoubtedly due to the skilled architect who ingeniously transformed an old property into a captivating haven with four seamlessly integrated themes: Forest, Beach, Garden, and Cloud.
During my stay, the Pacific Club lounge was partially operational, offering afternoon tea and evening cocktails between 1pm and 10pm. Situated on the 11th floor, it provides a delightful view of the Forest Terrace. The attentive service was noteworthy, possibly due to the limited guests during my stay.
The Peruvian dinner experience at Mosella was highly satisfying, and the breakfast buffet showcased an extensive array of dishes, although it leaned towards local cuisine such as Laksa and roti prata.
Despite excelling in many areas, my disappointment stemmed from the room itself – a pivotal aspect of any hotel experience. At a mere 25sqm, the room felt tiny. Even the 30sqm premier balcony room I occupied felt somewhat restricted due to the underutilized balcony occupying precious space. A silver lining, however, was the use of lavish Diptyque toiletries. This is one of the little pleasures I had at the new Pan Pacific Orchard.

The hotel is a very impressive building. For a new hotel, there are a few glitches in the system. One being that there is no-one attending at the pool bar. The staff left a QR code to book any food/drink, this does not work as it does not recognise the pool area as a location. It took about an hour to get a beer as I had to go down to reception to get assistance and the staff member who came up had no idea where anything was at the bar. Just a heads up... on check in we were notified that they only accept credit cards, not debit cards. We had to pay for our rooms up front, which meant that we were not able to book any services to our room, like laundry, breakfast and in-room service. There is no Sauna/massage facilities running yet. Maybe in a month I was told. Otherwise, it was an impressive hotel, with comfortable rooms, rainfall shower-head option, the BIGGEST TV I have ever had in a hotel with Chromecast available. The balcony was large area with day bed overlooking the pool. The staff were all to willing to make our stay as pleasant as possible and tried their very best with the complications we had. Which I am sure should be rectified soon enough.

We had an amazing staycation experience. The hotel room was spacious enough for two adults, and the balcony was well-designed. There was no west sun hitting into our room/balcony, and even when there was heavy rain, the rain did not make the balcony wet. We could even enjoy the sight of the Christmas lightings on Orchard Road from the balcony, and even with all the cars on this busy street, the room was extremely quiet. As for the service, it was impeccable. In particular, we would like to thank Ms Serene Teo for the warm arrangements made to welcome the both of us, and the service staff for the warm reception (his name is Izwan but not sure of the exact spelling). Location wise, this hotel is very near to Orchard Road, and as such, all the amenities as well as food options. We will definitely come back should we need another short respite from our busy lives!

From the moment we arrived, we have received great support and service from all staff.
Breakfast each day was a delight - eggs were ready before we asked and hollandaise sauce prepared without a request. Our water glasses were never empty and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast team were perfect!
Washing was collected and returned on time every time and Chloe worked tirelessly to ensure our room was always in immaculate condition - thank you Chloe.
The staff who answered the service call line were always positive and supportive of our needs. It was a refreshing surprise and very much appreciated.
Seeja who worked the pool bar was so kind. We had left our phone in our room so he took the photos and sent them through. Not only were our cocktails delicious but his kindness and extra care was so appreciated.
You have an exceptional establishment with a dedicated, caring and professional staff who have all, in their own way, contributed to our perfect stay.

Stunning hotel but there are a number of teething problems to sort out. The beds are too high (not every guest is 6 foot plus). The shower pressure was too low and the shower spray kept turning so either the tiled wall or the glass screen was getting wet. The water dispenser in the room only dispense ambient water. No option for ice water. For a new hotel, there was no international power plugs only local power outlets and USB outlets.

We had the two room at the end of the hallway, overlooking the pool area. To get from one room to the other we had to cross the hallway (which was no problem). One room had a balcony facing the pool.
There are more places to choose from in the Singapore area.
