We have recently done our wedding in Conrad Singapore Orchard (was previously known as regent hotel when we first signed up the package with them). Special thanks to Alison Ng for helping us coordinate the whole event from the start, and informing us of all the changes that happened because of the rebranding. Even though it was a pity that we had to change our initial dates as Tanglin room was under renovation, everything turned out perfect and so smooth in the end, with really great help from Manokaran Selvadasan as the banquet manager for our event. Both Alison and Manok definitely went far and beyond in their service and in making our event a huge success. Without them, and all the other staff, our wedding would not have turned out so splendid! Also, special shoutout to the chefs too as our guests really love the food (especially the dessert Sicilian Pistachio from Basilico) :D…

Hotel is very high end and well maintained. Has many dining options, and if you go for an executive room its worth it as the lounge has a variety of food and drinks. Across the road for a massive mall suntec. The spa was amazing and if your a Hilton honors you may be entitled to a discount. Over all amazing stay.

Came to Tea Lounge for Sunday high tea. The amount of food options available that are both sweet and savory are great! Really nice selection of teas and the customer service was fantastic. Super attentive and friendly. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful experience ,as always - perhaps even better than the previous perfect visits! This ,is made better than perfect because of Ramesh and Chef Chong. My mother-in -law is so pleased and we are so thankful for the thoughtfulness and loving kindness that Ramesh and his team has shown to us. We were given warm ,polite hospitality during the 2 hour meal here . We were last here 1,2 years ago and it’s so good to come back to Tea Lounge ,for the buffet high tea experience- good to see Ramesh again too. It’s great coming back to Tea Lounge ,to a familiar face . Well done ,again!!!!

Chosen Conrad to hold my wedding banquet and I would like to comment that the hotel coordinator Vanessa Goh had been very patient in helping with the planning throughout and ensured that all my requests were met. the Banquet Manager, Anba, was also very proactive and efficient and was very hands-on in assisting his staff for the day. Without him, my husband wouldn’t have had that of an easier time during the banquet. Highly recommend this hotel and team to work with for your wedding matters!

The cheese buffet in the Conrad Hotel Singapore Orchard was so delicious. At around $68 per person (SGD) it's great if you can stuff yourself full of delicious Italian cheeses and honey. Truffle honey and truffle mozzarella = some of my favorites. Nice staff, nice vibe, and definitely nice cheese, yum!

Greetings esteemed reviewers, it is with great dismay that I pen this review to share my recent experience at the Conrad Orchard Singapore which was well below expectation. This isn't my first time to stay here. In a previous review, I had bestowed upon the hotel a rating of four stars and had made mention of the General Manager's name, Oscar Postma, as a mild critique of their performance. My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. In summation, I find the behavior of the hotel's personnel to be wholly unacceptable, and I would caution any prospective guests to prepare themselves accordingly. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to all who might consider a stay at this establishment.…
