Stayed here as an impromptu staycation after attending a solemnization event and wedding banquet. Wait staff at the event were candid and meticulous, and my white wine was topped up without being asked. Food was so-so, though presentation was good. Room was about $330 per night, inclusive of buffet breakfast. Furniture and fittings while being a little more fr pm the past, is generally sturdy and functional. Some upgrades seen with sockets in the bedside drawers, lots of bottled water and large screen TV with ample channels. Would really make a difference if there was an embedded wireless charging pad of sorts, which is quite common these days. Bedding and sheets were fresh and comfortable, pillows were sufficient. Toiletries and hygiene implements (bath robes, towels, dental kit, shaving kit, comb etc.) were fresh, bath tub was clean. Loccitane shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Shower/bath/sink had both hot and cold water. Air-con was cold enough for the warm weather. Breakfast had two sitting timings. Live stations for fishball noodles and eggs. Not the most impressive breakfast buffet, but also nothing to pick about. Wait staff was again polite, professional and attentive. Location is just a short walk from Orchard Road, which is the shopping district.…

Hotel's Favourite
Stayed for a week while in Singapore. Great location in a quieter part just a short walk to Orchard Rd. Nice little deli/pastry shop downstairs for a quick bite. Manhattan Bar had some fantastic cocktails. Gentlemen at the front door were always very welcoming going in and out of the building. Lovely stay!!

My first business trip to Singapore and the Regent was absolutely fantastic. We arranged a transfer with the driver readily awaiting our arrival. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a stunning foyer and entry area. Check in was lovely, with an in room run through of hotel features such as the buffet breakfast. Room was clean, with a plush bed, great water pressure and no hassle that I preferred not to have my room cleaned every day. We enjoyed drinks at Manhattan Bar twice as it really was a top tier experience. Reception provided a cash out service at a great rate and everyone we met was always very accommodating and friendly. We used grab taxis very easily via an app and found that to be the best way to get to meetings etc. We received a lovely note from the team upon check out, which was a nice touch to close out the stay. Hi all, Firstly, I would like to express my heart felt gratitude to the following personnel Letchu, Chris and Arjuna. There are one of the reasons making my stay together with my wife a memorial one. Long story short, my wife and I held our wedding banquet at Regent hotel and had a 3D2N stay. Staffs were friendly and room is still okay. When we were about to leave the hotel, we realised that our car was not able to start up and immediately, the three mentioned staffs took the initiative to help us out. They searched for me solutions and search for jumper cable. It was raining so they even offered to push my car to shelter from the VIP lot so repair work can be done when people come. Really felt very appreciative to them else I would have been feeling so lost. These staffs attitude and services are definitely something that would make me go back to Regent for.
