I have been to the hotel more than 10 times out of conviction. Always because you had the feeling of coming home. The tradition of an old hotel was lived there. Unfortunately, the hotel is now only a shadow of old days. The service in all areas unfortunately has nothing to do with a 5 star hotel. The suitcases you have to carry yourself to the hotel, the minibar in the room is not filled, at breakfast buffet the omlets or saliva eggs are no longer made as desired, but lie under a heat lamp. The used dishes are cleared at the table only after request. But I experienced the crowning finale today. I was charged one day at the hotel on my credit card I used to make the reservation, even though I had asked to book everything from another card. I said about the double debit yesterday. Today I got, after I had asked again, the information that the room price will be credited to me. On all bank charges I now also sit myself. Too bad, but the good old days of the Goodwoodpark Hotel are unfortunately over. For me by far no 5 star hotel anymore.…

I stayed four days at the Goodwood Park Hotel. The rooms are extremely spacious and quite luxurious. The property is truly five star. The food options are vast and delicious. However, where the hotel stands out is in its hospitality. From the moment, I arrived I felt welcomed and taken care of. Nathan was especially caring. I had a small trip coming into the hotel and Nathan was very helpful helping me get back on my feet. Throughout my stay, he continued to check that I was ok. This was incredibly sweet and demonstrative of the general attitude of all the staff at the Goodwood Park Hotel. You are treated like family. I was here on business but when I come back to Singapore, this will be where my family and I will stay.

Great stay. Amazing food, located near shopping district. Highly recommend Parklane suites if staying longer than 14 days. The rooms have everything you need to make it your home away from home. Staff is amazing and efficient ready to assist you at any moment you call.

A wonderful first time stay in Goodwood Park Hotel. Great vibes and room is spacious (booked Heritage Room) to celebrate my spouse's birthday on actual day, which I have indicated during the booking. There is a separate living area with working desk from the bedroom. Each area comes with its own television and sofa too. The bathroom is compact but still manage to fit in a bath tub. Room is clean overall but few wall power outlet is faulty. Only regrets is the lack of great service (for my case) which I have expected from reading some posted feedback. Probably due to manpower shortage, the call for bottled water top-up was responded a good two hours later. And there was a simple missed opportunity to delight the customer with some complimentary birthday treat which I have experienced in all past years' stay in other hotel chains.…

On the way to Orchard Rd, we dropped by the Hotel and found Afternoon Tea held in the lounge. Ask to Ms. Kyi, a receptionist at the lounge, if we can join the Tea without reservation. Though it was almost full, she kindly arranged a table and welcomed us to the Tea. We were happy enjoying Tea and delicious treats in the cozy atmosphere. She made us good memorable afternoon in Singapore! Next time, we would like to stay the Hotel.

We visited Gordon Grill again. And had the weekend roast. The menu on weekday slightly differs but i would go with the weekday to enjoy 3 small portions of appetisers rather than one. Roast beef is less preferred compared to the steak on weekday (but that’s 1 year ago when I was there on weekday. Not sure if any changes). Service is always professional and attentive. Despite this time round, we have a messy toddler, staff were still very patient. Special mention for Jason, David and Jennifer whom served us at lunch and constantly checking to ensure we are fine ☺️ Thank you.

Had our porridge buffet at goodwood park Hotel food was OK too bad there isn't any steam fish which changed to fried fish. But staffs was friendly and attentive. Service was good that we feel comfy and warm. Thanks to Jason and Aunty Betty for making our dining here a memorable one.

Great service, spacey room. Food in restaurant could be added in variety, but overall taste good. Great meeting room too. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, I'm overwhelmed. Close to orchard road and convinient places
