Every aspect of our stay was perfect, from the Bell hops, to Reception, the Telephonists, especially Silvia. And the Cleaning Staff , not forgetting the Food!! The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet were sufficient. Special mention to Betty who attended to us at the breakfast buffet! She was super friendly and gave us good recommendation for mooncakes, which we end up buying!

1 – I stayed there in September 2023 for four nights. This is definitely NOT a 5-star hotel as they are charging higher but NOT providing up to the mark services. I believe they are only interested in profit making, and not re-investing. I would call it a 2 or 3 star hotel at max if I show some generosity. Would not recommend / not staying there again. It’s a waste of money and time. 2 – Two Pillows and floor carpet were dirty with various filthy spots / marks on it. 3 - There was an intermittent knocking and disturbing noise from air conditioning unit. 4 – Bad Noise control / Bad sound proofing between rooms which need to be improved as i was able to clearly hear moaning noises from the room next to me. 5 - Breakfast quality is of low standard. People should better skip…

Excellent service with good quality and range of food items in a relaxed yet classy ambience. Before my event of 35 persons, the liaison over email was responsive and the team offered flexible options and suggestions to meet our needs. I was in Singapore for a quick, 1-night, in-and-out business trip but the superb facilities and warm, friendly service made me wish that I could extend my stay. Special mention and thanks to Rayan who checked me in. I think he sensed my travel-stress from some negative experience at the airport and upgraded my room without saying a word about it.

Check in/check out process was smooth. Room is big, clean & well maintained. Only complain is that there is no bidet. Shoutout to Parthi & the rest in the lobby. They were super friendly & accommodating. Definitely recommended!
