Our room was okay but dated. The bed was nice as was the bedding. The shower is powerful and great. I was very shocked that there were not separate shampoos and conditioners. They had the jugs that are now being questioned for safety and health. For a very high-end hotel I find this unexpectable. The hotel itself on the inside lobby is so grand and lovely. The rooms should match that first impression. Most of the employees are very helpful and kind. I was shocked when we first arrived by the receptionist. We had a very long day of travel and had been diving for 7 days. In other words, we were tired. I asked where we would have breakfast and she immediately retorted it wasn't included in our package. I hadn't even asked. She even gave the price of the fare! I asked if our room were feather free and she told me I hadn't asked, that I only had inquired about allergy free! Excuse me, but most allergies are from feathers. She left and got a manager, Mervin. He was apologetic and offered dinner while we waited for the room to be prepared. We had an absolutely beautiful experience at the four seasons. It was hard to leave the room and go out to explore Singapore. The staff are the shining stars of this place, they are so kind and gracious and can’t do enough for you. They spoilt us so much and made us feel like we were the only people there. From the door men and bell hop, to the r front desk, the room attendants, the staff in the property restaurants, everyone was exceptional. We got upgraded without asking, that was so appreciated. Yes the place could use a renovation, but it is still a beautiful and luxurious and clean property. Please note that the pool is not heated and even though Singapore is so hot, it was too cold for us - and nobody else was in the pool so I’m guessing it’s an issue. Come on bill gates, open your coffers and get this property to 100%! We would love to return of course and are thankful for the beautiful memories that we have because of our comfortable stay here.…

Business trip for one week. Very enjoyable stay. All amenities and staff great. Felt like I was at home. Highly recommended. Location was very good and breakfast was superb. Staff always go out of their way to assist without being intrusive.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel - Singapore for four nights with my family. It was my first visit to Singapore, and I chose the Four Seasons due to the brand and the usual experience I am used to receiving from this hotel chain. However, the FS Singapore surely does not keep up to the high standards associated with the brand name, and was a huge disappointment. The hotel feels like it is a fancy hotel from the 90s and did not evolve ever since, in terms of rooms, and overall service. First, the rooms are very noisy from neighboring rooms and the corridor. One thing that I really do not expect from big hotel chains, is the noisiness as usually this is taken into consideration when upgrading the hotel. There is also not enough storage space within the room. (The room keys also keep failing and had to change it more than 3 times) Second, the concierge and reception service is definitely not to the standards of the Four Seasons globally. I stayed at many other branches and this is not the usual service. The concierge never could get a reservation, nor are they able to book for attractions unless you are physically in the hotel at the concierge counter. Also, some of the staff within the concierge have an attitude and talk to you as if you should know where to go and the directions by yourself. Recommendation: If you are staying here, do your own dining reservations prior to arriving, and book your attractions through Pelago or Klook. I personally like hotels that leave an impression and make me feel like I want to extend my stay, and this hotel is one of the few that has failed to do so. Final conclusion of this hotel, it does not stand to the high standards of the Four Seasons chain and honestly has brought down our perception, and can no longer consider it to the same high standards globally. (To be fair I always mention positives of the hotel: the team from the lobby entrance who were always friendly and welcoming deserve a thank you. Also, Location is good, and the hotel gym is well equipped) …

Marvellous - in every aspect. Location is walking distance from shopping precinct. The room is large and the house keepers have great attention to detail! I left my reading glasses and laptop out in the room and they left a fibre glass cloth with it and a mouse pad (thought that was really cute!). The body wash, soap and lotion they provide smells delicious- my husband kept saying he just wanted to eat me. The bring you an international buffet breakfast which satisfied all my cravings. The staff are lovely. Fantastic experience, and can’t wait to return !

Wonderful stay in this hotel, all our wishes and expectations were fulfilled, the staff was excellent and very helpful every time we had an issue or needed help, there was always someone we could rely on. The location is good, walking distance from Orchard road and easy for taxi or the local “grab” . The room was big enough to accommodate a family with two teenagers.. kept very clean and the bed s had crispy white sheets. Breakfast was amazing, lots of different kinds of food to choose from. The bar has some very good cocktails. We didn’t have time to try the pool and the spa…but we visited the Nobu. Wonderful service and great food…. I am glad I chose this hotel for our first stay in Singapore. Fully recommend!!!

a fine hotel indeed. albiet an old one but the rooms are fresh and refurbished. our suite was lovely and the chinese restaurant was the best meal we had in singapore. the service was great though one staff was more comfortable speaking chinese than english

We stayed at the Four Seasons Singapore for a few nights and the experience was great. The hotel and staff were excellent with great attention to detail. The service and facilities were top notch and it's proximity to Orchard Road was perfect. Anyone visiting Singapore should try the Four Seasons for an unforgettable stay : )
