I was places at Amara during my 2 weeks quarantine in February 2021. Staff very helpful and supportive especially Raymond made a difference when we encountered a problem during our stay. Pool is looking spacious and nice considering this is a city hotel. Great location with shops and restaurants in walking distance. Noise from a construction site across the street.

Was designated the Amara Hotel, Tanjung Pagar upon arrival in Singapore for the 14 day quarantine . The room is a standard twin room, abit dated . The wifi signal is strong and that is most impt for keeping connected. Meals were a mix of local and western and they were quite good, except most times they were luke warm. However, the service is very efficient whenever there is a request for amenities, or delivery of food and drop offs. I would like to name Raymond who has been excellent in providing pertinent info re the whatsapp platform and would always identify himself and call to explain and clarify. Extremely helpful, friendly and candid in all replies. Abit of improvement...in the overall cleanliness..especially the bathroom. Could do w a good scrub and wipe down as the counter n hairdryer was v dusty. Overall, a very good stay. You have a good team of people working here...friendly and efficient. Thank you Raymond and team!.

I came back from Dubai and was sent to Amara Hotel @ Tanjong Pagar to be quarantined for 14 days. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and attitude provided by the hotel staff here. I want to give special thanks to this gentlemen by the name of Raymond who has provided excellent service and help during my stay here, always willing to go out of the way to satisfy my requests and queries . Will strongly recommend this hotel.

I stayed 10days of my SHN mandatory stay home notice at Amara Hotel, Singapore (travelled home from abroad). It was a good stay overall in terms of location, cleanliness, room and the impeccable services. A good size room, clean, bed is extremely comfortable. But the pillows were a little soft for me. Bathroom is clean and has both separate bath and shower. Raymond from the conceirge was very helpful from the very 1st day of my stay. He was very attentive & courteous. Ensuring the guests are happy with their stay. Front desk, room services & housekeeping were friendly & very quick responses to any requests. The team were prompt in delivering any items passed at the concierge on the ground floor. The small hiccups food were slightly cold.Thank you everyone for making my stay a good one. God Bless!
