We had a reservation on 28th April for a family holiday As we weren't able to enter Singapore during the Corona Crisis. I would like to thank the management, especially Neetha Nair, for her supportive actions to give us the option to rebook our stay. I hope we can make our new reservation soon. Thank you management hope we can visit 30 Bencolen very soon! All the best & stay safe & healthy!
It's a bit of a lottery when you book a hotel when you haven't been somewhere before. 30 Bencoolen was just perfect for us. Great location about 100 yards from the MRT station on Bencoolen. Hotel staff were very friendly. Book directly with the hotel as you get a breakfast included as well. That way we also got an early check in (got there at 10am and room was ready) and a late check out (midday). Hotel is clean, modern and perfectly located, around a 20 minute walk to the river area. There was a nice pool on the top floor but we didn't use it. If we ever go back to Singapore we would return to this hotel without doubt. Just perfect.
Unfortunately, my family was unable to travel to Singapore due to the Canadian travel restrictions in place. 30 Bencoolen was very kind to help us accommodate changes to our reservation. They were under no obligation to do so and could have made it difficult. They were very understanding and professional. When the pandemic ends, we will look forward to our visit to 30 Bencoolen.
Between the patio and the pool and the patio and the pool, did I say pool?! This hotel was an amazing hotel for two weeks in Singapore! Located near Fort Canning Park, several art museums, and Orchard Street, this hotel was clean, the owner and manager friendly, the food delicious, and Sam who cleaned my room frequently, superb. Thanks to Dixon, Alexander, Honey, and all those who made my stay two weeks to remember.
With so much choice in Singapore it’s sometimes difficult to choose a hotel, but we are so pleased we picked this hotel for our short stop in the city. It’s small and modern with a really sleek minimalist design. The rooms were great, we had two connecting rooms and the kids loved having their own space and bathroom. We loved that the rooms had no ‘clutter’ for the children to destroy! The top floor houses the rooftop pool which is really beautiful, especially at night. Breakfast was good, especially the noodle soup. The location is brilliant, we got the mrt from changi airport (easy and cheap) and it’s almost opposite the station. There is a food court just next door and some street vendors not far away so lots of choice for dining. A stones throw from the museum of Singapore which is a beautiful building. Would stay again, thank you 30 Bencoolen! …
