Stayed for 4 days at the end of a cruise leg. Arrived and located a level 9 room, happy as not too high. The room very spacious, bed very comfortable and large! Pillows soft/ firm nice touch. The rooms are dated and dark. with bathroom tiles/ sink need replacing. The maid service very good changing the good standard towels daily, including plenty of drinking water, for our length of stay happy.Breakfast included was good with attentive staff and plenty choice. This hotel is a flight crew stop over too. Location good the slick MRT a few metres away to wherever you wish to visit. Shopping centre within hotel area but limited …massage sir/ madam! Recommended if you are happy with old fashion rooms. All said we enjoyed our stay with happy, helpful and friendly staff.
Stayed at holiday inn atrium for 3 to 4 days and must say it was amazing experience. I am dazzled by its awesome luxurious ambience and of course it’s so huge and open . *Hospitality 100/100 *fabulous location *perfect Hosting *Delicious Food * Neat and Clean *Proper Hygiene So I want to say that it’s tremendously Beautiful place .
Great family friendly hotel. Staff were attentive and provided quick service when we needed something. Rooms are relatively nice and comfortable, and they’re kept clean. Highly highly recommend the breakfast! Highlight of the stay, wish we had been able to stay for longer for the breakfast alone!!
The hotel is in a good location, very clean and comfortable. The pool area is small but easy to get a sun bed, again very clean. We paid for the breakfast for our 3 day stay as there was nowhere near to eat. It was very good, lots of things to choose. I would stay here again.
I have had good and bitter experience as part of the stay. The staff at the reception is very courteous and will attend to you as soon as possible. if you need any information, be it getting something nearby, roaming in the cirty, getting the tickets to a specific event, they will help you. At the same time, the restaurant staff (barring few who are good) requires to be trained as they treat customers as if they are there for free and may even insult you knowingly/unknowingly! I would have given 5 star for the stay and 1 star for the restaurant, but I guess my time in restaurant is much lesser than overall time spent in the hotel and thus giving 4 stars. The rooms are clean & spacious and arhitecture of the hotel looks beautiful. I was accompanied with my little children, who were thrilled to see the lifts in the hotel which give you 270 degree view of the lobby and floors. Its location is 200m from the Gate5 exit of outram MRT station and thus solves your day to day travel within the city.…
We stayed here before and after our cruise in 2 different rooms. The hotel was great- perfect location for getting out and about. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The rooms were very well appointed with tea and coffee and complimentary bottles of water. We didn't eat here as there re plenty of opportunities for eating round and about. \we did hear that breakfast in the hotel was very expensive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will agree with others that the check in was slow especially when groups of people turned up at the same time. Would definitely stay again.
Positives: located a short walk from the riverside bars and restaurants, reasonable pool, ground floor bar bright and friendly, and all hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Negatives: check in very slow, hotel interior tired and dated, restaurant is halal and therefore no alcohol served with meals, quality of breakfast very disappointing - eggs all pre-cooked and chef had no idea how to make an omelette which was more of a frittata!
The hotel was very nice. The room was lovely and the king size bed was delightful,as was the bathroom facilities. We went out for breakfast as this was quite expensive. We were on the 19th floor it was very nice looking down the centre to the bottom. Over all a very nice hotel
A stunning hotel. Named the Atrium because of the awesome lobby. Average in every other way. Don't get me wrong, the staff were super friendly and helpful. My issues are that check in took far too long. 15 minutes to check in one person. Check out was equally laborious, I finally had to drop my key cards in the express check out box but the QT code didn't work. Nearly misse d my booked taxi. The rooms are spacious and cleN, however, sleep was impossible due to noisy fans directly below our window. Also the air conditioning in the room was noisy so either switch it off and sweat or leave it on and be deafened. As a loyalty member I feel let down. I shall avoid holiday Inn in future.
Older and busy hotel in Singapore, close to Robertson and Clark Quays. Direct access to new Havelock MRT (subway) station. This makes accessing anywhere in Singapore a breeze. 5 minute walk to new Great World Shopping Centre. Delightful riverside dining only 200 metres away along the leafy banks of the Singapore River. Many dining option also available at Great World. Grand entry into hotel with 27 storey atrium. Older establishment, but keenly priced. Rooms comfortable, and we thank the hotel architecture gods for a conventional bathroom without the dreaded glass walls that allow your room mate to watch your ablutions! Must, damp smell in common areas and rooms. Annoying loss of a seal around our 22nd storey room meant we had the wind whistling continuously. Bed comfortable, but on the harder side of the spectrum which is common in Asian hotels. Professional staff encountered throughout. Good to have our Platinum Elite status acknowledged, which was used to grant us a late checkout on last day. Large swimming pool. Well equipped fitness centre. Convenient in house laundromat used for small cost. Showers and storage available after checkout if you have a late flight. Cannot complain due to the competitive pricing of this hotel.…
