Went here for a meeting on a weekday. Great service and assisted us with all we needed. The AV worked well. Ashaari led us to our sit and told us we could have refreshments which was coffee or tea. Thank you!

Excellent hotel setting and service, with a special emphasis on the staff's attitude Harvin. He is a great and upbeat individual. He answered my questions in a very kind manner. I believed he came across extremely well, and I wanted to express my gratitude for his patience during both the check-in and check-out procedures. I would come and have a longer stay again.

Room was comfortable, definitely needs little touch up as the property is old but was not a big issue since the room was clean and very spacious. Hotel is at one of the best locations in Singapore. Awesome connectivity. Few places are at walkable distance and ample options of restaurants, malls, pharmacy and other basic amenities nearby. Will definitely consider staying next time.

We stayed at Village Hotel for 3 nights, and enjoy our first Sahur Ramadhan . I have had very pleasant experiences staying in this hotel. The room is super spacious compared to other hotels in Singapore. More than that, their staff Jeffrey Chew gave extra miles services, when he saw we came with 1 daughter, he offer an alternative room, rather than a deluxe room, he gave us the option to choose another room with a sofa-bed for our child. Moreover, he gave us a chance to view the room first before taking decision. Overall, we satisfy with the room and the services. Will come and stay again at this hotel when visit Singapore.

Bugis is a great location to base for a stay in Singapore. MRT close by to get to all of the attractions easily, close to great food and shopping. Friendly staff and with Singapore weather, the pool was an extra bonus (great outdoor area with large pool, decking, gardens, bar etc.

Village Hotel Bugis is amazing, unlike other SG hotels here rooms are spacious. Veg breakfast available for Indians in The Landmark restaurant which is part of Hotel so pls take option of complimentary breakfast especially if you are vegetarian. Room Service is amazing. Also the hotel location is very close to Bugis MRT station. Highly recommend Village hotel Bugis.

It took us less than a day to discover that we were only a short walk to a fantastic variety of eateries just a short stroll away. On the Hotel side was where you could have all alcohol but on the other side Halal rules applied so No Alcohol, but the food was still great. Then there was the Bugis Shopping Mall also a short walk away with little India a brisk 20 minute walk. The room was a good size but little space to unpack our bags following a 3 weeks cruise. Tiny bathroom with shower over a bath which was not easy to get into due to my age. The bed was firm and to our liking and the fridge was handy to put our Beer/alcohol into bought from the 7/11 shop across the road. Note as this is a Halal Hotel you can't get any Alcoholic Beverage at either the Bar/Dining room or Bistro so we ate out every night. We have travelled the world and stayed in many Muslim Countries where they do serve Alcohol in restaurants, even in Dubai , Indonesia & Turkey so maybe they need to address their policy in the future to cater to Westerners. We would stay in this area again but maybe bot in this hotel.…
