Celebrated our wedding at Orchard Hotel! Our coordinator was Shawn - he always gives us timely updates and heads up for stuff like our hotel room bookings without us prompting. Whenever we had queries, he gave us the advice we needed. He also worked well with our banquet manager Nelson, and made sure our special night went smoothly. Nelson also gave us march-in guidance when we were absolutely clueless about it! The whole planning was fuss-free and we barely had to worry with Shawn and Nelson taking care of us. We are very satisfied with the kind hospitality and grateful for how tirelessly the hotel staff worked to ensure our guests enjoyed the event. Our family and friends also complimented on the food served during our banquet, and we feel that the quality was as good as when we had our food tasting (quite unexpected to us especially when prepared in large servings!). Our bridal suite was also nice, clean and comfortable, with our banquet dinner nicely packed for and sent to us after the event. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast as well. Overall a really good experience and very happy we chose Orchard Hotel as the place to celebrate this significant milestone :)…

My husband and I held our wedding at Orchard Hotel and we had an amazing experience with them! From the first time we were there during their wedding showcase, to our food tasting, av testing and finally our wedding, we were always welcomed with big smiles from the staff and this very relaxing scent that surrounds you once you step food into hotel. Sunshine was our coordinator and she did her best to accommodate to our requests and she was also very efficient in her work! The ballroom looked beautiful on our wedding day, the staff were nice and polite, our guests had their tummies filled with yummy food and we were just very very happy! We also had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the lounge access. Highly recommend!! :)

The hotel staff are friendly. We arrived at the airport early in the morning, so really appreciated the ability to check in earlier than the official check in time. A special thanks for Peter who helped with the house keeping, his personalised service made us feel that we are home. The breakfast included in the room rate is great with lots of choices and options. We also enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. Overall, we had a great stay! Will book this hotel again for future holidays.

We had booked 2 rooms on the 15th level for 7 days which were looked after Sally. Our rooms were always cleaned toiletries refilled everyday. I got to meet Sally one day she was the most pleasant lovely young lady. I want to say thank you Sally for making our experience wonderful at the Orchid Hotel.

The Orchard Cafe has excellent international foods and many varieties choice. The dark chocolate ice-cream is the best. Seafoods are very good especially salmon sashimi. Will return here with company again.

Good food all round! Crab can be more fresh, and some of the food could be warmer. Other than that, all the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful while the variety of food was simply excellent. We had a great time!

We had a great time here. The buffet spread was good with lots of variety of local and international cuisine. Love the oxtail soup, satay and their signature mango cake. Service was attentive and warm. Especially from Tina. Thank you Tina :)

Tina Soh is the best, she deserves a pay raise because she makes the restaurant in the hotel so amazing. Tina was also really accomodating to all my needs, when I asked her for another spoon she came back with one immediately. She’s a good singer too, reminds me of Tina Turner.

Located along Orchard Road, the hotel is easily accessible to restaurants, coffee shops and malls. The hotel is conveniently attached to Claymore Connect, a plaza with a supermarket and restaurants. The room is very basic but nice and clean.

Hotel is almost towards end of orchard road. Easily access to shops and eateries. It is a busy hotel and the lobby is always full of activities. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is decent and bed comfortable. Not a bad choice for my two nights stay. The pool looks inviting from my room but unfortunately didn’t have a chance to use it. Would not mind returning to this hotel in the future.
