We decided to stay at this Hotel for our Honeymoon as we can’t travel due to Covid-19 restrictions. Turned out that we have an awesome stay and definitely a memorable one. We would like to compliment few staff that have gone the extra mile to provide us exceptional service. From checkin, Eng Yew ensure that room was ready upon our arrival and the check in was very seamless and efficient. He was very accommodative and welcoming. He is always attentive and knew that we are here for our Honeymoon and even congratulated us. Another staff that came to us was Cindy, she also congratulated us and ensure us that our room is ready and she planned a surprised for us which my wife and myself were extremely happy and appreciate of the effort. During the night, Lulu the night receptionist, met us at the lobby when we approached her for amenities request and congratulated us as well. Lulu is also very attentive, accommodative and professional in her way of rendering her service to us. The above 3 staff has showed that despite the tourism sector has been deeply affected by the pandemic, their service to their guest remain unchanged and have definitely uphold the service standards that bring glorification to the Hotel. They are truly have that DNA in service excellence in them as a service provider to provide an awesome experience to their guest. My wife and myself can’t thanked them enough for making our 1 night stay an awesome and memorable one and we will definitely be back again.…
This used to be an old hotel which four points took over . The room is newly furbished, with new interior design. However the pool is probably the old one. Small but good enough for an hour slot. The gym surprised me. It was well equipped with ample machines, balls and weights. It had the rowing machine which is not commonly found in hotel gyms. I liked the implementation of self booking app . Not required to spend time calling the reception for pool, gym or breakfast slots. Breakfast options ample. Choice of american breakfast, nasi lemak or pancakes. If the hotel can take into consideration of changing / rotating some items that would be nice for guests who stay for a few days in a row. Eg fried beehoon set, prata set, porridge. Etc
We booked 3 rooms for our extended family. Duty Manager Susanna was extremely helpful from pre-arrival communication until check-out. Ms. Sim wo assisted us during check-in was also very accommodating. Zi Char Ala Carte Buffet in Four Points Eatery was a good meal especially with family around. The close proximity to Robertson Quay is a major plus point. Overall, an enjoyable weekend staycation with the family!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in November 2016 when I came with mum and my sister. So this time, when I need a place to stay and work quietly, I decide to return. The location is convenient. I also like the amenities, the restaurants. It is indeed a high quality hotel, judging by the standard of the rooms and especially hospitality of the hotel staff. Check in-out was fast and convenient. Despite the current Covid situation, I feel safe and that the hotel was kept at a high standard of hygiene. The Wi-Fi works and I was able to get a lot of work done. Will be back. Highly recommend this hotel.
