check in is at any time but it is better to inform the hotel b4 arrival. you can take a taxi for the airport. no shuttle from hotel.

Should not be an issue as the room is paid but I would notify them that you are arriving late. I once had my room in Hong Kong given away on late arrival. Note, taxied cost more at night in Singapore.

Had the same issue... ended up phoning them instead... they don’t seem to answer emails that easily which is frustrating.
