The premier room was clean and modern but quite small, it was next to the lift and so we had a disturbed nights sleep. Breakfast was a buffet and all the usuals items but if not included in price would have gone elsewhere as nothing special. Location is good to get to orchard road and the MRT

The Elizabeth is conveniently located within a short walk of Orchard Road - giving easy access to buses and trains. The staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. Our room was comfortable and well set out. Breakfast gave a huge variety for different cultural tastes and preferences. Good value for money within Singapore

Stayed here for 2 nights after a cruise. Room was a decent size however badly in need of an update. Apart from the beds nothing looked clean. The shower was awful and toilet and bath badly marked. On a positive note the staff were friendly and helpful and the location is good. I have previously stayed in the hotel next door The Quincy which is part of the same group but a million times nicer. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We stayed here 2 nights as we were exploring this city as the start of a multi country tour of SE Asia. The staff are helpful and friendly, it’s clean, the pool is a relaxing space. It could use some room updating, but did the trick. The location was great 10 mi Ute walk to Orchard shopping and easy access to MRT. There is a 7-11 at the bottoms of the street, perfect for picking up snacks on the way “home”!
