Location was good. Room was a good size. Close to MRT station. Raffles Hotel was just across the road. Breakfast selection had a lot of choices, things you could have that you normally wouldn’t. Don’t provide face washer. Our view was of the water tank. We did have an issue with the shower not draining and water overflowing from the shower. Informed the staff and it was fixed that day.

Great hotel have stayed there many times. Close to everything can walk to many places. Also the MRT station very close. if you do not want to walk any where. Breakfast fantastic with a very good selection.

Nice place. Well located Its a ver clean, centrally located place. Clase to a few Shopping centre. Breackfest has a largo variety of selección in fruits, bread., algo Asían breackfest. Staff is ver friendly.

Location of the hotel is across the street from Raffles and was perfect to pop in for a Singapore Sling and to to tour the city. Breakfast set us up for the day with the egg station cooking your eggs just the way you like. There is a swimming pool on the fifth floor with great views. Could have done with a bar on the ground floor for an evening night cap.

Rooms are completely underwhelming with poor amenities. No coffee machine, cheap tea and instant coffee, no drinking glasses. Really super disappointing for a high rated hotel in Singapore. Beds are hard, wouldn’t not recommend based on intitial experience.

Check inn was great no wait. This is a large well positioned hotel next to Raffles and across the road is raffles plaza shopping mall, with access to many eating outlets. room size was good, lovely bathrooms with all the amenities met. Housekeeping was of a high standard. Breakfast was good lots to choose from. location is perfect. bus and metro so close we had no problem using both. We had a bit of a problem on checking out and the staff handled the matter in a most professional way and made us feel at ease. We would definitely stay again on our return to Singapore. I probably would not book directly with the hotel, but rather through a third party as there was a slight problem with our booking price and what we ended up paying. A mediocre hotel in the heart of a bustling part of the city. It’s a business hotel (it never shies away from this, just for review awareness purposes), so in the main it’s clean, efficient and does what it says on the tin. Offers a 5th floor open roof swimming pool - complete with ragged towels for guests and the service received has left us wanting; I wouldn’t mention anyone by name as people have bad days and committing to the internet isn’t fair - but what I would say is check out staff for us were dismissive, curt and impolite (if the establishment would like further details, happy to provide on request for feedback and service improvement). You’re therefore not really paying for the service or quality of the amenities - but a no-frills night stay. Location though is opposite a well placed MRT (underground - City Hall) and opposite a Raffles Department store and Raffles Long Bar itself. If you are expecting charm and finish perhaps experienced in other SE Asian countries, this won’t deliver for you.…
