My recent stay at Conrad Centennial was nothing short of amazing. I arrived at 4pm on Saturday and was warmly attended to by Chiharu at the front desk. She made the check-in process smooth, and also swiftly arranged for my additional requests to be fulfilled. I was very pleased with my room on the 26th floor, as the scenic city view was spectacular and the state of the room, spotless. I went for my Sundown 42km Marathon that night, and was back the next morning where the concierge and staff warmly checked-in on me and enquired about my run. Their warmth and concern made me feel at home, especially when the staff went the extra mile to make my evening memorable. I slept in the afternoon after having a relieving massage at the Conrad Spa, and went out in the evening to the nearby Suntec City. Upon returning back to my room, I found my room to be stocked with additional bottles of mineral water, plus a bottle of water on each bedside table, my icebox filled, and my room properly made again ready for me to rest for the night. I did not expect such overwhelming attentiveness and care for their guests, and that left a strong positive impression upon me on Conrad's hospitality. Would definitely recommend and return to stay. So we are staying at conrad me my husband and toddler . Since the time we reached , we have eaten hotel food . My toddler who just ate dosa and pancake some dal rice is suffering from food poisoning . I escalated matter to CEO after which they’ve tried to provide eus support , called a doctor earlier they said we need to pay our expense , later the GM instructed them the bill will be on the house , inspite of which all kept asking us for bill the hotel didn’t inform the doctor that bill will be on them but later sorted out . There is no coordination between the departments , the chef keeps telling me they don’t have kitchen styled for Indian food and he has to cancel his leave and come hotel because of us . Even after so much issue the chef provided raw dal . The dosa batter is stale we all are getting stomach cramps after eating the same , pancakes are precooked and they just heat it . My son has only survived on white rice , we are in the hotel room since the time we have arrived . Our all travel plans have gone for a toss . If you want to stay at this hotel don’t eat a single morsel of food especially your kid . The staff is not well trained as far as Hilton brand is in question .…

We arrived at the hotel at 6:30am after a 19 hour flight and were warmly greeted by Daniel at the front desk. We were surprised and thrilled to find that our room was available. We were celebrating our 61st wedding anniversary and found our room decorated with flowers for the occasion. The room, on the 31st floor had a spectacular view. The executive lounge was down the hall . We had breakfast and later cocktails. The staff was outstanding at the hotel, always smiling and anxious to make you feel special. The concierge, Mohammad , went out of his way to help us on several occasions. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, beautiful rooms and excellent location in Singapore

My recent stay at the Conrad Centennial Singapore was a mixed experience. On one hand, the hotel is located in a prime location with easy access to shopping and dining options. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could ask for. Most of the staff members were friendly and helpful. However, my stay was marred by a serious security breach. During my stay, uninvited guests were able to locate my room and gain access to my floor without a keycard for the lift. This is a serious breach of security and privacy, and it is concerning that the hotel staff may have been involved in this incident. I hope that the hotel takes immediate action to investigate this incident and takes steps to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Overall, while the Conrad Centennial Singapore has some positives, the serious security breach during my stay leave me unable to recommend this hotel. It is important to note that security breaches and privacy leaks should never happen in a hotel like Conrad Centennial Singapore, especially in a cosmopolitan city like Singapore. As a guest, I expect to feel safe and secure during my stay, and this kind of incident is completely unacceptable. Hotels must prioritize the safety and security of their guests, and take all necessary measures to prevent such breaches from occurring. Conrad Centennial Singapore should take this issue seriously and implements appropriate measures to ensure the safety and privacy of its guests in the future.…

My wife and I had initially issues with the USB plug was working, no ice machine and noise from kids running down the hall and slamming the door. Eventually it gotten better as our USB plug was fixed and had a bucket of ice delivered every day. As for the kids noise, well I guess there's only so such I can asked for. This hotel seems to cater to mainly two types of clients, business and families with children. Sometimes I don't know if I'm staying at a Hilton or Disney hotel. In the end, I would stay again due to the location and service from the staff.

The hotel staff made it again to make my staycation a comfortable and satisfied experiences and I hope to be back again. Also one is spoiled for choices to do anything in and out of the hotel; laze around the swimming pool, workout in the gym, a quiet and enjoying moments for meals in the club lounge. Outside the hotel, there are shopping malls, F & B outlets, nearby museums, public transport which are easily accessible. And the list goes on. Specially applaud the following staff who made my staycation most memorable. They are Front Office : Minh, Jia Yi and Yi Xuan Reservations : Ai Leng Club Lounge : Mark, Jane, Joyce, Jia Sheng, Ariannee, Brendan, Julie ,Jordan, Alam, Linda, Gym : Dila and Danish Housekeeper : Zhou Wei Hope to be back again.

When you I step in the hotel, you can feel the Conrad service. During the stay, I really enjoy the service from concierge, front desk, lounge, housekeeping and customer service. It is really enriching my stay and show me how Singapore good service. The staff are remember my name and also greetings with warm welcome. That’s make me feel lien home. I am big fan of Conrad but stay many Conrad hotel before. I can tell Conrad is one of my favorite hotel. I will definitely choose here while stay in Singapore. The location is great close the MRT station with downtown and circle lane Near Mall like Suntech city and there are bar around the neighborhood. The room design are very nice with wooden furniture.
