We stayed at the Fullerton for 3 nights on our way back to the UK from a 3 week trip of a lifetime to Fiji and Australia. I had planned to propose to my partner in Fiji, but plans went completely wrong out there for the proposal and I'd rearranged to propose at The Fullerton. Firstly, the Hotel is absolutely beautiful from an architectural perspective and is matched by the service. Having stayed in hotels all around the world I'm struggling to think of one that I felt happier staying in. It was all just perfect. An actual real 5 Start hotel Experience. I'd go back to The Fullerton every time we go back to Singapore, especially because it has such special significance to us after our engagement. One thing worth noting is that the pool is north facing so doesn't really get…
Heard good reviews about the hotel so decided to try it for my holiday in Singapore. Had to say I was disappointed. Needed to wait and ask for help at the concierge. No initiative. Arrived in the morning and staff were quite unfriendly. Room was more on the older side compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Singapore. Breakfast variety was limited and taste was average. Will probably not return in the future, there are better hotels with better service for this price point.
We met with our daughter at Changi airport on 27/12/22 as she has travelled from New Zealand and us from Manchester via Dubai. On arrival at around 1000 hours at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised that our Heritage double room was ready, this included a bed settee for our daughter. We unpacked and then wandered out explore the local area and along the riverside came across the large number of bars and restaurants we opted to have a drink in "Harry's" which must have had an impact as we ate or drank there most days/nights. The Fullerton has a fantastic heritage and is ideally located for everything you could want to do in Singapore. We did both the Hop on/off red and yellow routes which is most informative from then on we did a lot of walking to explore deeper. Taking in the…
The Fullerton Hotel, site of our April BoD Meeting is truly an amazing 5+ Star Hotel! The staff in the Straits Club are super wonderful, Ryan, Joshua, Crystal and the rest of the names I didn’t catch are as well. Our Housekeeper was the best service and I was in the hotel Biz for 40 years so I’m a tough critic. The F&B in all areas was so delicious and the service was great. Kudos to the GM, Mr Gino Tan on assembling such a wonderful staff. I cannot wait to return this April 23-26!!
We stayed for 3 nights and had Straits Club access as part of our booking. A special shout out to Ryan, Crystal and Jared who took time to ensure that our experience met expectations and more. They were genuinely delightful and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you!
The hotel’s historic significance is apparent but you need to look at why, it is abundant in so many ways. Business and finance were centred here and understandably the location is key. Loved every moment exploring and the heritage tour that Sindy provided us provided a depth of insight that reading alone could not she was marvellous!
Service, Hotel, and Room have been great. Super good service, clean, amenities, and everything is as you expect it from a hotel of this category. The location is fantastic both for leisure and business. The only part which I think needs some help is the breakfast buffet. Both the service has been mixed (Saturday insufficient staff (but Sunday was ok), fresh fruit is good, but breads, coffee, etc. aren't good - ended up going to the near by Starbucks for coffee (yes, yes). Yet, I would recommend the place and just look for a good place near by for a breakfast.
Most beautiful stay ~ gorgeous suite. Great staff, especially Chandra in the Straits Club. Breakfast, tea and evening cocktails with great appetizer selections. So close to Boat and Clarke Quay and Merlion. Cozier and not as busy as some of the larger hotels. View over bay is fabulous!
Came back again after the wonderful experience last time. Since is around the holiday, the hotel is filled with Christmas decorations. The teddy bear tree was the cutest! The kids LOVED IT!! Really enjoyed the Christmas feel the hotel provided for this holiday season. Nothing is better to wrap up the holiday in this hotel and enjoyed our Christmas buffet!
The concierge at The Fullerton Singapore were 5 stars. My son and I were passing through Singapore and were looking for a nice vantage point to see the city skyline early in the morning before MBS was open. The concierge duo couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you!
