Book a staycation but was not given the room upgrade and tour as promised. However an hour of late check out was granted which were appreciated. If there is A guided tour around the hotel to explain the rich history of this hotel would be great as one of the reason we book it was because we would like to learn more about the history.
We enjoy a lot staying there for 4 nights, except for the breakfast lack of varieties. This hotel building with rich history background, it is amazing. We plan to have our staycation again in near future.
The Fullerton is rich with history for a staycation to remember. My mother's 94th birthday was given a special touch by the treats and decorations arranged by well appointed staff members; the generosity of the management transformed our quiet stay of 2 nights , with 3 siblings into one filled with nice memories and images for the future generation. This is the time to book a stay as the ambience of Chinese New Year is well worth it. Thank you!
Had a 1 night stay-cation recently, and was very impressed throughout. From the warm and friendly service during check-in, to the luxurious and well thought out room interior. I liked that the room had a classic luxury, and yet was equipped to cater to the modern traveller, with convenient placement of HDMI connectivity to the TV, as well as charging outlets and USB ports placed on both sides of the bed. The toilet seat was even automatic and kept warm!
got ourselves the marina bay view room, and it was magnificent. everything in room was perfect, except for the spoilt curtain motors which was noisy when it couldn't stop. also had hiccup for spa reservation - made prior booking but was not available when we went down. but service recovery was top notch. may consider coming again.
