Hotel is fairly new, modern, and clean. I was upgraded so I don't know how small the standard rooms are but I suspect they may be quite compact. A few tips: - Breakfast is minimal but still quite good. You can order eggs any way you want them from the staff although strangely this is not advertised or clarified anywhere ( I just asked them to do it for me and they were happy to). - Watch out, if you don't place the card on the bed, they won't change your sheets. - I did have quite a few fruit flies in my room and that was a little annoying. Not sure if I was just unlucky or if that's common at the hotel. - Service was quite good, no complaints there. - Elevators are the most confusing elevators I've ever used because you have to scan your card to activate am LED touch screen and then select your floor from the LED touchscreen. Totally different than most elevators.…

This was our first visit to Singapore. We were part of a group of 60+ US residents on a business trip. We were arriving at different times over a 36 hr period. The Grand Park City Hall staff was very accommodating with making rooms available at various times. For us, this meant being able to check in our room at 1pm (after flying nearly 24 hours). Our room was comfortable and larger than expected. The bathroom with glass walls was a little off-putting until I located the privacy shades. The restaurant is converted to a satisfying breakfast buffet every day with Western and Asian dishes. The hotel is near shopping areas in walking distance. The pool area was an inviting retreat. We spent 4 enjoyable nights. Staff was pleasant and gracious.

This hotel has a very friendly atmosphere that makes you feel at home (we stayed three weeks). From the staff at the entrance to the Crystal Club with team leader Gladys Obaña and to the hotel director, charming Ms Jeane Lim, everybody makes you feel welcome. The room was very clean thanks to the diligent, hardworking service man Jack. The hotel has a pleasant medium size that allows for personal attention and the location near City Hall is close to unbeatable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Stayed in the crystal club part which was excellent. Great staff - particularly the Concierge Nazri Hussain. Location was central to all attractions. Meals were great with the mix of western and asian style food. We will definitely stay there when visiting Singapore next.

Very clean, spacious room and comfortable bed. The kids love the pool. Location is very walkable distance and accessible to city. We are welcomed warmly by the staffs. They are all friendly and helpful especially Mr.Sufri the manager. Definitely right choice and recommended! 👍🏻
