We are a couple with a 3mth old baby and specifically booked the Eden and Nirwana room for its bathtub and designer chair to do our photostaycay. Comfort was not our top priority but nice to have, which the beautiful italian armchair delivered..its perfect for breastfeeding! The enormous tub is also perfect for private swim sessions with our little one. Not recommended for parents with more than 1 child though.. the room is spacious but not super big. Hotel provided a cot for us as well, good to have! The room has super nice soft lighting, also perfect for our purpose. The AC isnt very cold at night, but daytime is ok. Not a dealbreaker for us though. The pool has fantastic view but crowded if you stay on a weekend or public holiday. We chose the day after a PH to do our photoshoot, it was perfectly empty and we enjoyed it so much. The location of the hotel is situated between bugis and cityhall, thus we were able to explore bugis on day one and cityhall the next. With baby in tow, the short distance is perfect for a quick trip out. And there is Jane, a super nice and thoughtful staff who did little things like delivering food to our room and getting us extra stuff when we needed them, cos she knew we were inconvenienced with a baby, so she made our stay so much more enjoyable! Overall we had a good time!

Stayed at the Habitat room. Cozy and clean room with a nice vibe, and Naumi’s overall decor is really cute and modern. Service is really accommodating. Was a perfect girl’s getaway. Their humble infinity pool has a beautiful understated skyline view. Recommend for couples too.

There is 1 staff I would like to thank for making the surprise birthday staycation for my partner a success! Jeffery from Reservation Department whom I did not get to meet personally during my stay, attended to my phone and email enquiry about making a reservation and planning the surprise. He patiently explained the different category of rooms, and advised how I could go about using my SRV. Basised on his recomendation which I liked the idea of, Jeffery arranged a upgrade to Oasis room at a reasonable price and even arranged a slice of free cake. I really appreciate the effort he made going the extra mile for my plan. The room is beautiful and worth the extra cost, hotel offers a unique experience for staycation. Staff were also all friendly, they give you a nice room tour. Shoutout to the indian housekeeping man for working hard in making up our room for the 2 nights stay. Hope to be back soon.

Literally the worst hotel experience of my life. We booked a staycation here on 3rd April. Arrived on time for check in and was told to wait in the hotel lobby. Subsequently waited 3 hours because they had overbooked and were still cleaning and preparing rooms. I think there were people there who waited >5 hours and still had not gotten a room. In the end we gave up and left with the assurance from the hotel staff that they would provide a full refund including vouchers used. It has been 3 months since and I have called and emailed them multiple times without a single reply. I don't understand how this place is so highly rated when they display such unprofessional and borderline illegal service. Please spend your money anywhere else.

Dear aragpd, Thank you for taking your valuable time to share your experience. We understand that what you encountered in April must be extremely frustrating, and we acknowledge the service shortfall. Please accept our most sincere apologies. What was described is definitely not the usual Naumi standards we provide, and we would like to invite you back for a proper Naumi experience. Our management has already reached out to you, and we do look forward to hear from you. Once again, sincere apologies for your encounter. Sincerely, Jeffery Fern Hotel Services Executive Naumi Singapore, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World

Booked habitat room with breakfast inclusive. The room is stunning and sleek. On top of that, very minimalistic concept. You can expect Apple TV as well. The pool view is a stealer and well “instagrammable” but on top of that their customer services are way better than some of the 5 stars hotel. Very bubbly and cheerful that they even introduce you the facilities of the room personally.
