For such a high cost you'd expect functional Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi connection is terrible in the hotel, there is no fridge in the room and the rooms smell bad. Clearly they only care about cutting costs and maximizing their profit. After travelling months in "developing countries" in SE Asia and not having any problems with Wi-Fi in cheap rooms I'm shocked to see that a hotel charging over 100 dollars per night in the country with "the fastest Wi-Fi in the world" can't even support a zoom meeting. Surely there are better alternatives.

I have to say that you'll get what you paid for. I booked through AGODA for a 5 night-stay at P3,800+++ per night. Location: 100% approved. Close to almost everything... Staff: Needs more love, training and passion (like Filipino Hospitality) Cleanliness: I got paranoid with the DIRTY PILLOWS... Sleep quality: Really creepy...the pillows were so dirty (check it out.) I had to use my shirt to cover the pillows... Bathroom: Clean. Staff: Just needed the job, no more, no less...

The Location Is Quite Good, 500 Meters From Nearest Subway Station. The Building Feels Old and Quite Spoooky, You Can Feel It When You're Using Elevator. The Room Was Quite Nice, It's Old But Quite Comfy After All. Air Conditioner Was Really Good and Bathroom Was Good. Overall I Give 3 Star From 5.

Me and my brother stayed in a twin bedroom. Very functional. Good bed, comfortable, good shower, good Wi-Fi, staff spoke English, close to Bugis Junction and sim lim shopping centres. Quiet enough for quality sleep.

First of all, the front desk person and even the manager are not polite. The room had a strong unpleasant odour. The carpet is dirty and the light is dim. The bed are uncomfortable and produced noisy sound. The hairdryer is spoilt and they will tell you they dont have additional one for you. No toothbrush toothpaste.

The hotel is only about 140m from Bras Basah MRT Station. Many restaurants nearby. However, this hotel is not well maintained. The carpet is dirty and smelly. I think the cleaner never clean the room properly. You can found dust on the table top, wardrobe has weird smell, dirty shower room and spoilt shower hose. The door is difficult to close.

We stayed in a studio room for one night with our family and would not recommend this place to anyone. Immediately when we arrived to the room we were greeted with the horrible smell of booze and cigarettes that later gave us both a headache. We actually started looking for other accomondation to stay because of the smell. The carpet was so filthy that we would not let our baby to crawl there and the room was not that clean and quite run down. There was even cigarette ash on the floor as well as rubbish underneath the bed. The extra bed (sofa bed) was uncomfortable to sleep. The only good thing in this hotel is its central location. But I would rather recommend to stay a bit further away in a cleaner place.
